Procedure For Mobile Banking

  1. You can use your mobile phone to daily transfer and make payment for
    purchase of goods/services.
  2. All banks which are licensed and regulated in India, have a physical presence in India and have
    implemented core banking solutions are permitted to offer mobile banking services through their
    branches Business Correspondents.
  3. Customers of banks and/or holders of debit/credit cards can use these services.
  4. Customer complaints/grievances arising out of mobile banking facility are covered under the
    Banking Ombudsman Scheme.
  5. Banks are required to tell you about risks, responsibilities and liabilities while using mobile banking
    services.

Registeration and Setup

Note:

  • If you forget your password, reset it using the “Forgot Password” option.
  • If a transaction fails, check your internet connection and wait for a refund.
  • If fraud is suspected, immediately block your account/card via the app or call customer support.
