I noticed an unauthorized transaction so I texted block to given number since then my digital access has been blocked. Problem in refund of money for transactions done through Dr Card

Sir,

I am a customer of Indian Bank Indiranagar Branch Lucknow using Master Card (Debit Card) since July 2018. But every time any transaction cancelled using Debit Card, and I am to receive the refund, The amount normally does not show credit in my account, and I have pursue the Bank for the credit. Is this due to the Card I am using. I am looking for a solution so that it does not happen again.

Sorry to say but the Indian bank customer service is the WORST TYPE I have seen and known. These people are least bothered about the customers.
