  • By SMS Service: Send SMS "HOT <XXXX>  (Last 4 digits of card)" to 9211401010 from you registered mobile number.
  • By Internet Banking: Log in to NetBanking → Go to General Services → Select the Service Request → Select the Debit Card Services→ Click Activate/Block Debit Card →Enter the Details and Submit →Debit Card will be blocked and a Service Request Number will be provided.
  • By Mobile Banking: You can block your card through android or iOS app
    Log in using your MPIN or biometric → Click on "More" → Select Services → Select your Debit Card → Click on "Activate/Block Debit Card" → Select the Reason → Enter the Details and Submit .
  • By Branch: You can also visit your bank branch and submit block card request.
