I purchased a product from Kurtaplaza.com and paid ₹698 through Cash on Delivery. The product delivered to me is completely different from the product I ordered. I tried contacting the seller through the email address provided on their website, but all my emails are bouncing. The website does not provide any effective alternate customer-care contact.
I request NCH to intervene and help me obtain a return pickup and full refund of ₹698. I have photographs of the wrong product, parcel/label, order details, payment proof and screenshots of the bounced emails

The nyka d livery placed on 27th june is not yet received and yesterday at night I got a 1 second missed call at 10.30 pm from your partner I guess but after that I have tried 10 times I called him back but there was no response.. Ekart delivery person always cheating the customers by just reschedule the delivery date by themselves

My Billing adddress was wrong in room number.My room no is 117 and in the bill mentioned is 186.so i want to change it.

Since two weeks they are sending message that they are out for pickup the product and after half an hour they are sending message that pickup is rescheduled. This happens twice a day since two week continuously.
If they are are not able to provide the service they directly cancels the return request on myntra application. If your timing is till 9PM to provide service you need to work till that time and the person says no that I cannot pickup today as my work is over for one parcel I cannot wait till 8PM also.

From the last 2 weeks I was trying to import my gmail contact to my yahoo account by using importing contact from other account synchronizing. Previously it was ok but now it doesn't work. It show "Error importing contact try importing again" I have lined another yahoo ID go my google account for the same purpose and it is working fine. But only for my account it shows above error message. Pls suggest how to solve it.
