HDFC Bank

• By Contact No: You can call at 18002600, 18001600, 18002586161 and block your credit card through the following IVR options given below:
  • Follow IVR instructions to block/hotlist credit card
• By SMS Service: Send SMS 'Block CC ****' to 7308080808 (**** last 4 digits of card number).
• By WhatsApp No.: 7070022222 → Type Hotlist Card → Option will be displayed for hotlisting.
• By HDFC Mobile App: Login → Pay → Credit Cards → Select the your Card → Block
• By Net Banking: Log in → Credit Cards → Select the Card from Your Credit Cards → Block.
• Mycard: Enter registered mobile→ Card control → Services → Security → Hotlist

ICICI Bank

• By Contact No: You can call at 18001080 and block your credit card through the following IVR options given below:
  • Press 0: To block you card, account, UPI ID or to activate your card or to report any unauthorized or suspicious transaction
  • Press 1: For block your card or account or UPI ID
• By (iMobile) App: Login → Go to Cards & Forex → Select card → Block Card → Choose permanent/temporary → Reason → Submit.
