Status of secondary account holder in either or survivor account
Please advice what shall we do. We do not want to close our account. My mother and maternal aunt have an either or survivor saving account in Bank of Baroda. My maternal aunt expired in July 2022. After that Bank of Baroda is telling my mother that secondary account holder is nothing and they will close the account and will see what settlement money will be allowed, after calculation they will give that to my mother. My mother has many fd's and locker account attached with it and she do not want to close this account but bank branch manager is forcing her to close it. I found online that if survivor do not want to close E/oS a/c then they can continue with same account 2) We have closed Maternal aunt's mobile number and it belong to some other person now. We have requested bank of Baroda many times to remove this number from account and update my mother's number but they are not doing it. My mother's bank account details are regularly going on this number. Luckily the person who own this number now, informed us about this. If He would be a fraud my mother loose all her money. This is mishandling of account. 3) Why customers were not told before bank account opening that second holder of account has no right in that account. In fact, I also have bank accounts that are either or survivor. I opened this as my parents used to do this. But now it seems that banks are faking this. If second holder is nothing why we will keep our money at bank. It is much safer at home for all family members. My mother worked entire life and save money for old age but she made mistake to keep money in bank account.
Indian Bank Harassing customers
My Father as a Depositor and my sister as a Joint applicant had a FD with Indian Bank. My Father Cancelled my sister's name and added my name and the same was updated on the FD Folio approved by bank with Stamp and signature, unfortunately my Father passed away and the same was informed providing copy of Death certificate. I gave an application to close the FD together with the Original FD Folio and the bank approved and closed my FD and the amount was transferred to SB A/c linked with the FD belonging to My Father and me (E/S). I had immediately re invested in short-term FD, individually in my name, few months later visited the branch to close my FD but branch manager denied to do so and informed me my individual FD is no hold/freezed as my sister has claimed on the closed FD via ex staff of Senior most level. This was a shock for me as Bank had not intimated me prior to my visit. I submitted a letter to Branch Manager (Manager Name ) but no reply from her, I visited the branch again for reply to my letter whereas branch Manager replied bank have sent reply to your postal address if you didn't receive then that's not my problem, so then I asked her to show the acknowledgement copy with received signature......one of the negligible reply I had ever heard, she said bank have sent to you in a normal post and bank cannot spend to send via registered post for such silly thing and this really chilled my temper and I said I will take this legally and I approached Ombudsman's help, later after couple of days she rang me and asked to visit the branch and I do visited where she tried to be very soft and politely informed me your Sister have also went to Ombudsman so this will take a long time to get solved, soon she started showing sympathy and slowly as a suggestion she gave me a offer to do 50/50 settlement with so called Claimant, such settlement option offered are neither her duty nor her rights, so finally I came into a conclusion that this is a well planned and executed with the help of branch manager. I was in a desperate need of money during Pandemic so I again visited to close my 2nd FD but the manager told the same and reminded me of the offer to accept the offer and give consent letter so that she will immediately release my FD amount but I denied and returned next day to submit a letter requesting bank to reply the reason of hold/freeze on 2nd FD and I received a reply stating that there is an dispute between you and your sister and case is with Ombudsman and awaiting reply for the same. The entire issue is going on since March 2021. This instance have disturbed with physical and mental anguish. My only belief is on God to get a justification from Ombudsman.

Fraud transactions in my bank accounts(HDFC,SBI AND ICICI)
Fraud transactions happened in my bank. I have ordered bosch washing machine from flipkart OD:- OD116655327775128000 on 29th spet 2019 but I received damaged product. After submitting multple complaints , I received call on 13th oct 2019 from (true caller id) Rahul sarma (933××××827,933××××278) for flipkart refund money form submission. He asked me do you have google pay or phone pe so that we can refund amount to you. I have given him my name and mobile number ,upi pin and forwarded messegae to him on 92××××4242(UB REG---××××). Immediately, my account had started debiting amounts from SBI amount Rs 35900 ,HDFC amount Rs 17999 AND ICICI amount Rs 9999. Total amount debited from my account is 63898. There are various UPI conneted to transferred culprit account. Most of them showing as pytm and AIR as naration.I request you to take neccessary action and give me refund. Icici customer request number is SR××××××796 and for HDFC is MUMPxxxxxxx185 while SBI bank is not at all supporting even to loadge complaints.please solve issue

Mr Nitin kumar branch manager of kutch mandvi has told to first transfer mobile no to indias no so I fill the form for that and message were coming again I fill the form as per his instructions to my NRI no but again message from bank.of withdrawal not received in my mobile no.In this process we have done three to four big transaction and my father who is senior citizen is been going to branch again n again for solution but still no solution.I talked to nitin bhai regarding that n told him.if any fraud is been done in my account how I will know about it so he replied what will I(means me nimesh) do if message will come on the spot.Is this the way to talk with customer.I and my father n brother has been patiently waiting for the solution but sorry to say that the manager which has been appointed is talking ruthlessly.From last three months we are waiting for the solution but there is no solution and even if I am transferring online from my saving account to demat account messages are coming.Mr kishan who is the there in the same branch is knowing about it and if you want then I can forward all the mails which are been exchanged.Please this is the last request from my side is there any solution pls let me know.

Cashier of show room ask me 0.50% extra charge to be paid because I done payment by my ATM card. How can extra charges recovered for POS txn. When I enquiry about credit card payment extra charge for payment by Credit Card. Cashier answer me it is 1.5% extra charge. As per my knowledge if any customer transaction done at POS machine no any extra charge recovered by POS machine holder. This charge bearing by POS machine holder. Our Government of India pramoting for digital payment and you recover extra charge from customer. who can done digital payment if extra charges are paid for digital payments.
Possibility of misuse of UPI option in various banks.
Sir,
I would like to bring your notice that there seems to be an option of creating an UPI ID in any bank other than that of the bank where the account holder has an account. Also even if that particular account holder (AH) has already created an UPI ID in his parent bank, a duplicate UP ID can be created in some other different bank and linked to the same account without his knowledge (complete with separate UPI PIN), except that knowledge of debit card last 5-6 digits, Expiry date, Date of Birth is enough. These details are also usually asked by the same bank's customer service operatives whenever we raise any complaints as part of verification. Can these same people not then be able to create duplicate UPI IDs and siphon off money from our accounts?
Why not incorporate safety measures like OTP from registered mobile be made mandatory for UPI transactions also.
Kindly think this option to make it foolproof.

Maine apne Axis bank ke firm account se phone banking ke jariye 08/03/2019 ko 26800 ki NEFT ki thi jo last digit wrong hone ki bajah se Bank of india ( branch- bhind m.p.) mai chala gaya. jis se related jankari maine apne se sambandhit bank Axis bank city center gwalior mai 12/03/2019 ko di hai, but sir ye log banking procedure k naam pr last 4 month se ghuma rhe hai. maine bank of india mai bhi contact kiya to unhone INDEMNITY form Axis bank se manga jo wo dene ko ready nhi hai.
Sir maine Axis bank k branch head se milne ki bhi kosis ki pr wo hamesh call pr hi rahte. is k bawjood maine bank time k badh evening 7:30 pm mai ja kar mila to unhone bank time mai aane ka bola.

Serious attention & action needed against SBI credit card deptt
Respected Sir,
On 29th April, there was a fraud transaction from my SBI credit card worth Rs 47,996/-. All things done by ex employee of SBI as they had all the info about all my credentials, already we gave complaint. The bank is not coperating with us. No investigation, nothing.
We Urge you to take serious action against also refund us back, as the amount is very huge to me.
Please help us. Please do the needful. Please.

SBI put hold in my salary account
Sir my salary is coming in SBI bank.I have home loan in this account.Now bank told me that my RS 30000 due is remaining and they had put HOLD my account.My point is this when my salary is there why can't they detected in time or timely inform me.My question is this can they put HOLD my salary account.
Amount deducted.with out of any reason
Sir my amount has been deducted. Today I go to the filling station and I ask him for the green machine but unfortunately that machine was not working and my transaction failed I also have the canceled receipt but my bank deduct the amount and I was shocked because i have only 287 in my account and now just 187 sbi stole my money without any reason.Its not right. I m a student and each rs important to me and it's not fare I also called sbi helpline and they said that you will get your amount in just 4 days if not your complaint has been noted. What is this I want my money back.its very hard to contact you guys.and just for 100rs. Cheating with innocent people is not good I know nothing gonna change but I want my money back I raise this issue but I know that it won't work please make me wrong.my complaint number is for sbi xxxxxxx

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Anand Kumar have complained so many times since 08/06/2018 regarding surrender of Bajaj Super Credit Card, But you all have not surrender the card and issued me monthly bill of Rs. 588 i wnat to say you that i never wished for RBL Credit Card issued by Bajaj Finance but you all have issued me, I have written complain so many times for surrendered but you all never intrested in doing so. I want to say that i am not going to pay the amount which has been send to me because i have already given you mail regarding surrender and it is your and your RBL Bank fault that you all have not surrender the card. This is the service of Bajaj Finance and RBL Bank how the customer will use your product there is no interest of staff to co-operate that is why i blocked my Bajaj EMI Card , If now you all are not surrendering the card i will knock the door of higher authority for you all.
So again i am saying that please surrendered my Credit Card.

Bajaj finserve wale ye customer ko loot rahe hai pahle loan ke liye faste hai or heavy intrest rate lagakar loan fir aise pareshan karte h sir meri help kijiye bajaj finserve se koi help nahi mil rahi hai sir isliye maine complaint dali.

ICICI bank debit card fraud
Dear Sir,
My wallet was stolen in That my ICICI bank debit card was present , but before intimation to customer care big amount of transaction happen by fraudent without PIN and i have blocked my card in 1 hr but before that transaction happen.
I have tried customer care of ICICI bank to block card but wasnt reachable on time.
Now i raised complaint in ICICI bank but ICICI bank is giving ststment that bank is not responsible for such transaction we will only responsible after intimation it shows how ICICI bank cares about thier customer, even thier officer giving lot of excuses against card loss policy.
What should i do in that case.
my suggestion to all never go with ICICI bank not secure not sure!!!

ICICI-Credit card having unsafe transa. mode opt.-contact less

I Sachin Vijay Kulkarni-Credit Card holder of your ICICI Bank, recently I received new replacement credit card because of old card will be expired in next month.
New received credit card having one contact less payment mode option,for such transaction not to be require any type of OTP or PIN No. & such transaction limit is max. Rs. 2000/-one time not more than that-only feed the amount in swap M/C & just hold the card near swapping M/C for few second & amount will be paid to merchant & transaction completed without any OTP or PIN No. confirmation.
It’s easier but it’s not safe, totally unsafe because there is no any OTP or PIN No. confirmation require for transaction complete which known to original card holder only not known to third person.
Suppose my card is lost & received by somebody or theft my wallet by anybody & that I will be known after may be approx. 3 to 4 hr. or more than thatbut in between period there is lot of chances to misused (to do fraud) my card by anybody who received or theft through contact less option because of such option no need of PIN or Passwoed or OTP verification.
Definitely I will block my card when I known it was lost or theft but in between period whatever misused/fraud transaction done by third person by using my card for that transaction- who is the responsible? (I know max. limit of such payment mode is Rs. 2000/-but we are not confirm such limit is max. per transaction or max. per day & any kind of condition Rs. 2000/- also having value, that is also big amount)
Because of such kind of unsafe transaction option mode definitely somebody will be suffer loss in coming earlier days or may be somebody already suffered also, so I humble request you pls deactivate such type of unsafe transaction mode option by all debit & credit card & pls keep only safe mode transaction option e.g. OTP verification or password or PIN No. confirmation...etc which details only known to original card holder & due to that nobody misused the card even after lost or theft.
Pls confirm the same.
