  • By Mobile Banking: You can block your card through android or iOS app
    Log in using your MPIN or biometric → Select Cards → Select your Debit Card → Select Block Card → Select the Reason → Enter the OTP.
  • By Internet Banking: Log in to NetBanking → Go to Account Statement → Select the date → Select the disputed transaction → Click Raise a Fraud Dispute → Debit Card will be blocked and a Service Request Number will be provided.
  • By Branch: You can also visit your bank branch and submit block card request.

POOR SERVICE @VELACHERY BRANCH

WE HAVE FEW FIXED DEPOSITS WITH VELACHERY BRANCH. THESE FDs WERE GIVEN ON OUR OWN WITHOUT ANY EFFORT OF YOUR STAFF. FOR THE RECENT FD MADE IN MY 93 YEARS OLD MOTHERS NAME SEVERAL REQUEST MADE FOR FORM 15H BUT NO HELP FROM THEM. WORST PRACTICE.
