WE HAVE FEW FIXED DEPOSITS WITH VELACHERY BRANCH. THESE FDs WERE GIVEN ON OUR OWN WITHOUT ANY EFFORT OF YOUR STAFF. FOR THE RECENT FD MADE IN MY 93 YEARS OLD MOTHERS NAME SEVERAL REQUEST MADE FOR FORM 15H BUT NO HELP FROM THEM. WORST PRACTICE.
