Press 1: To block or hotlist your card- If you have your credit card number "press1" for blocking/hotlisting- If you do not have the card number press 9- Customer care executive will block/hotlist the card and you can also call 022-40426031.
- By SMS Service: SMS send BLOCK XXXX (Last 4 digit of your card number) to 5676791 from your registered mobile number.
- By Email: You can send an email to creditcardsupport [at] kvbmail [dot] com (Only on bank working days 10am-6pm)

- iOS and Android App / Net Banking : Credit Cards → My Cards → Block Card → Select Reason (Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged)→ Block Permanently
Report Lost/Stolen Credit Card
To report lost/stolen credit card you can follow the steps given below:
Through website
- First Log in to your account on sbicard.com .
- Then Click on 'Report Lost/Stolen Card' under the 'Requests' tab on the left
- After that select the card number to report the lost card
- Then, If you want to get the credit card re-issued, then click on "Reissue Card"
- Lastly, Click 'Submit' .
Through App
- First Login to your account on SBI Card mobile app .
- Then, Tap on "Menu" at the top left hand and click on "Service Request "
- After that, Tap on "Report Lost/Stolen" card.
- Then, select the card number which is lost or stolen. If you want to reissue it, tap on "Reissue Card"
- Lastly, Click 'Submit' .
