To receive an international parcel

A parcel was sent to me through USPS services, tracking number : UA10683060xxx, I was able to track it till it reached Indira Gandhi International Airport on 06.11.23 at 03:07 pm. Since then, I've not been able to track it anymore. The above tracking number shows unavailable status in India Post official website.

Kindly, can I get informed about the delivery status of the parcel? Or when can i go to the nearby post office and pick it up showing my valid identity proofs.
The parcel is an important one, I hope it doesn't get lost.

My parents are residing at the village where post office is functioning. Now due to covid19 issues, my parents couldn't able to come to nearest town to get life saving medicines. It is a sorry state of affairs that public and account holders of Civic Centre post office at Bhilai and others having ATM card of Post Office SB accounts are made to struggle for withdrawing their funds from the ATM attached to that PO for the last one month and no serious efforts are being made by Post Master and Supdt sitting nearby to ease the hardship being made to public for withdrawals. They are simply passing on the buck by saying that they have written/forwarded the problem to the repairing agencies and beyong that nothing more is their job . public keeps on suffering.
