Important parcel returned without visiting at address

Dear sir/mam,
Myself Sapna Singh and I am an NRI person and my ATM card came on 17th April 2025 Kharela post office (Dist Mahoba) and I was following online tracking but they returned my package without visiting the address and address was written full & clear with my husband name.
Nowadays your postman don’t want to come at location for delivery so they are calling by mobile and if mobile is going to switched off or nobody has receiving call then they are returning the package without visiting address. Nobody have issue about requesting or information by calling but if call has been not received then he is not visiting the address and returned the parcel, it can not be accepted.
Three parcel came on same day at same my address but two parcel has my father name and number so he call my father and my father received call and he informed my father about my father’s parcels but my one parcel has my number which can not received due to international call so he didn’t go on same address and returned my ATM card parcel.
My parcel number is not accepting here due to security reason so you can send me mail, I’ll inform parcel number and it is very important to me. It’s an NRI account ATM card. Please send my parcel as soon as possible.
And I have humble request that don’t do it strict action about salary or job loss on them but need to tight on work focus and services. It’s happing in rular area due to brotherhood but sometimes we are suffering about these type behavior.
