About irresponsible behaviour and about warranty

Firstly i am a recent samsung user.I bought new phone samsung j6 a 9months back.The phone has a 9months display warranty and 12months other and service warranty.This march 1 the 9months display warranty get expired.I visit the service center on febraury25.The service manager told me that the display was not ready in stock and i had a complaint on mic.And he told me that you come on monday(march4) and i go. At that time they tell that the warranty has expired.We cant do anything.And i tell u change the mic.Then they are telling when changing the mic the display will crack.What the irresponsible manager and the servicer.Is that a word that coming out of a reputed companys service center should provide.This payyanur service center is not at all giving any satisfaction to the customer. Now the market is consumer oriented.Who giving better service the consumer will move on to them.I want to get replace my display and mic.

Cheating in service centre

I brought an new samsung j8 infinity. And the display was broken by me. So i had given it for service. The display of samsung j8 infinity was amoled. So i had request them for new amoled. And it cost 7000rs. And the display they had replaced in my samsung j8 infinity was lcd display which is worth 3000 to 4000.the service centre make me pay 7000rs and give me back with 3000 to 4000 rs worth product..kind of a cheating...whats should i do now...had lost all faith in samsung...its your reaponsibility to payback my lose.kindly request you to replace the lcd to amoled on my samsung j8 infinity.

When attempting to go back to the store for a refund, they informed me that I have to go through a 1.5 hour process to apply for the refund. Given that I did not have this amount of time due to a flight to catch, I was informed by the store manager to contact Samsung direct to arrange for a refund of this faulty item.

Im having mobile phone Samsung J7prime and just went service centre (MDC sector5 Panchkula) they informed there is problem of jack in phone I agreed to replace then suddenly they changed and informed there is problem of battery then again I agreed to replace after 2 days they are saying there is problem in mother board I told them to return back my phone in same condition as I given them and then I faced thee issue back key is not working and when I told them it's working fine when I have submit the phone I want my phone in same condition they are so rude to me as they are saying this defect is not done by them and they r not accepting it they are so rude....

False Promise by Cash Back by Samsung Dealer

I purchased Samsung Mobile SN-A605 A6+ on 24th June vide Invoice No DP/2128/18-19 by your dealer M/s Electrokraft , Bistupur , Jamshedpur . It was stated that I will get a cash back of Rs 3000/- (Rs Three thousand only) in next 10 days. The dealer opened my PAYTM account on the same day. But it is now more than 50 days, the cashback money did not come. I have been personally following up with dealer and everytime I am getting false promises. This case has also happened with many more customers in Jamshedpur . It is damaging the reputation of Brand Samsung. Kindly take immediate actions and settle my case. I attach my invoice number for your reference. I am also writing to MD Samsung India Mr HC Hong to escalate the matter as how some vested interested persons may be from your competitor company is damaging brand samsung giving false information and leaving customer to suffer.

I have Samsung Digi.Cam ES10. Whenever I press start button it takes long time to start. At the beginning there is just white colored screen. After pressing the start button again 2/3 times thereafter it starts. There is another problem too i.e. whenever I press zoom+ or - switch it directly opens the Menu function ! Menu function & Zoom function itself aren't working. Overall the behavior of the Cam. seems abnormal. Is there a problem regarding the software of Camera ?

This is to inform you that I have purchased SAMSUNG Mobile c3312 on 14.10.2012 belgaum Karnataka.now it was found that mobile is not getting charged due to the adaptor problem,while connecting USB data cable also it found not taking, I think may be of some technical problem, before 15days I have approached service centre at Esplanade Kolkata and they are not in a position to solve the issue but saying problem in adapter happen from my side.Now what ill be the use of mobile I have purchased with warrenty of one year and my adapter warrenty get to expiry soon. Please take necessary steps to get solved my issue.

Delay in Repairing my Mobile and Enhancing cost of Repairment

Dear Sir,

I have a samsung mobile model no. GT-B5310 . The belt of this mobile was out of order and I submitted this mobile for repair at Samsung Authorized Service Centre Pacetel Communication Pvt. Ltd. , C-59, Near Punjabi Zaika Restaurant, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi on 17-11-2012, and they deposited my mobile vide receipt No. 4142025894 through my colleague Kailash Chander and told me that we would call back to you within 7 days, however, they didn't call back me. I myself rang to the showroom several times and every time their response is that your phone is not yet ready. About 15 days ago, they told me to take your mobile as the parts of mobile could not be imported and cannot be repaired. How can a reputed company like Samsung can provide such Service?

They have asked me Rs. 1500/- initially and after a month, they are again asking me Rs. 1500/- to repair the same.

I would be grateful if you will kindly let me know the status of this mobile and how many more days will you take to repair the same.

i bought my samsung galaxy S2 on 13th november 2012, and within 2 days of the purchase i was facing LCD problems (the LCD of my phone gets off automatically and to on the phone i have to open my phone take battery out n switch it on). i went to the sector-18 samsung care center, chandigarh. they said it is the software problem, they updated the software.. and 2 days i was facing the same problem... then they said to change the SIM card giving reasons that there are samsung airtel problems... i changed my SIM n again i was facing the same problem..... this is so humiliating, it is my new phone n i am facing this problem and he service center people are not doing anything..... it is a manufacturing defect i should get the phone replaced....

I gave my samsung LCD monitor with blinking problem to Samsung Service Centre Shillong (la monte enterprise) on 8th of Sep 2012 to rectify its problem at the earliest but till date(almost 3 month) they havent rectified the problem and every time they have the same answer that they havent yet received the part, they dont even bother to inform the customere. Its the worst service centre I have seen, Samsung should better close it.

i had given my Samsung galaxy GTS 5670 for servicing in the authorized service center in calicut, kerala. the compliant was with the charging pin. they took it about 1 month to replace it. again after 1 week, i got the same compliant with a small change; when it is connected with the charger, it will be showing a charging symbol but not getting charged. when i again took it to the service center, they told me that they will give it with in two days. but i had not got any response for 1 week. then when i went there, they gave it back telling that the compliant was repaired. but when i checked it, everything in my mobile phone was deleted. they had formatted it without informing me. i just lost all my important data and my contacts. when i asked about it, they had not given me any explanation; not even a sorry. the most heartbreaking factor is that the compliant was not corrected. it is so humiliating that a company like Samsung having this type of service center who cannot service a mobile phone with a simple compliant

One day a message shown on my phone battery low I put in carging the phone switch off automatically and it do not swtich on so I shown at samsung service centre in gorakhpur . They changed the battery but the problem is same .So I again go there they told me that the problem is in phone & the battery backup will only 2 hours (with out any use) .I heartly request to change my mobilephone

Improper Service

I have purchased one Samsung LCD Monitor (18.5" TFT) with Serial No.- CM19HPGSA01097 on 02-11-2009. But from the last few months I'm observing that the Monitor Screen gets Yellowish and 12 to 13 dark spots is found in the screen. As a result I couldn't able to work properly. I have lodged a complaint over phone regarding this issue in the beginning of September 2012 to Sumsung Service Centre, Haldia, Purba Midnapur but they came to attend the call on 27-09-2012. After observing the problem they told us that we would replace the Monitor as early as possible. But they didn't came nor they contact us. So, I called them on 3-11-2012 regarding the same. Today they called me & told me that monitor is out of stock so they couldn't able to replace the same, so as an alternative they told us to give 55% of the amount of the Monitor Cost as this is their warranty policy.

I have heard a good will about Samsung Products but if this kind of service a customer get then I would never suggest any one to buy samsung products. If this was your warranty policy then one must many times think to buy sumsung products. So, it is my earnest request to kindly take necessary action to replace the same otherwise I have to raise the issue to Consumer Forum.

THis is Debojit From Kolkata. I have recently purchased a Samsung Smart 3D LED TV model ES8000 55 inch from a Kolkata Branch Office of Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd from 10A Lee Road.
I purchased it on 26th Dec 2011 and today is 3rd Nov 2012 . It was running good but yesterday it was suddenly turned off & there after I cannot turn it on. Whenever I am trying, screen just flick like its getting on but nothing is happening, power light blinking only. Till now nobody has came for repair. Customer service people promise me daily that it will be surely done today upto 8 PM. But no result. So I called up an experienced Installation person and he did it nicely. But same problem happens. But it should have been done by Samsung without even making a call.

Finally I got a call from an Samsung Engineer on 14th Oct. He said he will send somone today by 6PM. Believe me I have called him from 6PM till 8PM, 8times, but he is not even responding to my call.

Today somebody else called me and said I am coming now(without appointment). I told him I am in office now so please come in the evening at 6 PM. He started cripping how can I come in the evening as I have some visit in that place so thought of coming now. When I asked him your appintment was on 14th Oct he didn't have any answer. Lets see if he comes today. But he didn't came.

But I must say It is really a bad experience from Samsung people till now as I am Unhappy with Samsung Customer service. Becoz ur service centre is doing the worst work.

Please I requested everyone and everybody not to by any Samsung products such as LED TV, Mobile, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine,Camera, Camcorder etc. Always buy Sony products or LG products. As these service centers are very very good.

i bought my galaxy s2 2 months back. and now i am facing camera issues.
THERE IS A RED SPOT IN THE CENTR WHEN EVER I CLICK PICS IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS.
At the time of purchase i was not aware of it. Sonce tge time i encountered the problem , i tried to find some solition on intrnet, where i came to know that its a common prob on s2 n even on Note.
samsung is not doing any thing, even service center on in my locality hav no idea abt this prob (which is quite common).
they suggest there mist b dust or hv to change the camera pannel.but i hv read that people even got there cell and camera replaced,but prb did not solve.
i dnt want service center ppl to open my device without any permanent solu.coz i hv exp ther not so gud experties wit my previous samsung
device.
n i dnt want to take risk this time.
so plz tell me a permanent solution for this.

I am Sanjeev Kumar from Patna. I bought Samsung LCD model D-580 from M/s Aditya Vision, Bailey Road, Patna on 12/05/2012. On 16.08.2012 i found a vertical line in my above LCD so i lodged a complain to Samsung Customer Care on 20.08.2012. The Customer care executive told me the complain ID 8442412158 and after two days one engineer of samsung visited at my house after check-up he told me that the panel shuld be replace with in seven days. But one visited again for the same then I again contacted the concern service centre then Mr. Sudhir Kumar, ESC. Manager of Patna Service Centre told me please submit the original copy of the money receipt which was issues by the dealer M/s Aditya Vision, Bailey Road, Patna then i submitted the original copy of the said money receipt and take acknowledgement on which Mr. Sudhir Kumar signed there with their contact number on 08.09.2012 but till date there is no response.

Repairs of Samsung vacuum cleaner

Hello there

I had called your service center at 1800-110-011 mutliple times regarding the repairs of Samsung vacuum cleaner in my house during the last two months. I get a standard reply saying that Samsung doesn't repair vacuum cleaners in India. Today , I spoke a person by name Arvind in the call center . The attitude seems to be cutting off the line and terminate the call. Even today, I got the same reply.

I told him that I had already bought the vacuum cleaner and he asked me to go to same dealer for servicing from where I bought the vacuum cleaner as if I don't know anything. I informed him that the dealer is no longer there.
Then I got the following address:

When I asked him whether it is Samsung own service center or its authorised service center , he referred to the latter?

I asked him when Samsung can't repair, how does he expect the authorised service to rectify the fault on the vacuum cleaner , he replied asking me to contact them and terminated the call.

Not sure why such an arrogant behaviour from the Samsung Call centers? I need to repair the machine and can someone respond pls?

Dear Sir,
It is with sheer disgust at your people in Samsung Kolkata ,that I pen my grievance to you.
A brand is built over time by the honesty & integrity of the people behind it—the abhorrent & despicable behavior reflected by your people washes away the goodwill of your past.
I have been an ardent & loyal consumer of Samsung electronics for the past 10 years till I bought my last TV set on the 5th of Oct 2012 from Sales Emporium, your dis-serving & nonchalant dealer in Kolkata.
My Complaint:-The USB socket reflects ‘device disconnected’ after I play either an MP3 or a movie format—As is the norm I registered my tele- complaint on the 17th Of Oct 2012(ref No as Above) with the intent that the problem will be resolved.
I was laboring under a misapprehension since my problem still remains unresolved to this day and in the interim I encountered very rude behavior & blatant lies from your Samsung staff in Kolkata & outside. The following is the process that ensued for the supposed resolution of my query which has left me feeling disgusted with both your system & the faceless but conniving people moonlighting as service providers behind it :
i)After registering my complaint, the Next morning I receive a call from your NCR office advising me to ‘FIX-IT’ myself
ii)Then I Re-register my complaint immediately and complain against the NCR staff which goes unheard.
iii)Next day a technician shows up in the middle of the day, wastes 50 mins of my time, takes a Xerox of my sales bill without having detected or solved the problem & leaves.
He provides me with the number of a Mr Devraj Dey who happens to be the authority on replacing defective sets.
iv)Next day I call this Devraj Dey (#9831323171)who does NOT receive my calls at first and finally when he does advises me to visit the dealer while reassuring me that by the same evening (18th Oct 2012) my problem will be solved.
On visiting the dealer(Sales Emporium) its owner refuses to speak with me while the salesman who sold me the product eludes me & refuses to give up on his ‘lunch time ‘ to face me at the counter—I wait 25 mins for this salesman while Devraj Dey of Samsung assures me that this dealer will replace my set—This suggestion is Shot Down by the Dealer since it creates ‘complications in their billing cycle’---while I wonder if the term ‘’Service to Consumer’ ever registered in their dictionary.
I leave the counter only to be assured again by Devraj Dey that I shall receive a replacement by the evening—which of course does not happen.
But that same night at 2130 hours Devraj instructs a Samsung technician to call on his behalf and inform me that a ‘software upgradation‘ is being considered for my set.
It is then that I realized that Devraj Dey was both buying & killing time since he did not want to ‘waste a set to replace a defective one’ since his season sales numbers would suffer and in the process I was being harangued by this Liar & toxic human asset from Samsung.

iv)Next day (19the Oct 2012) he sends me a text that another technician would visit me which I outrightly refuse & give him a piece of my mind. Then he again sends me a text wherein he confirms that my TV would get replaced which till date has Obviously not happened.

Sir, my experience constitutes ‘harassment with an intent to deceive’ by Mr Devraj of Samsung.
Devraj Dey has lives without fear of what consequences his ‘cloak & dagger’ actions might bring—is this because he is being shielded by similar human parasites like him on the upper echelons of the corporate ladder who feed off Samsung’s payroll. Have they forgotten that their salaries are being paid by products bought by consumers like me who refuse to suffer the onslaught of disgraceful & reprehensible service in silence.
Is Devraj Dey’s personality the Actual Face of Samsung?
If Not then let the misdemeanors of this turncoat with unobservable leadership skills be taken to task immediately.
I hope that you can get my TV replaced with an apology in writing from your wretched staff-Devraj Dey, since I will not stop this escalation till I get my replacement and grievance are redressed.

Delay in Repair

This is with reference to complaint no. 8442296377 with respect to LED TV not working. The complaint has been logged on 12-Oct-2012. Engineer from samsung had visited on 13-Oct-2012 and recommended to change the mother board and provided the estimate. I had given the goahead for it, but till now no one has reverted back not anyone had visited my residence to replace the motherboard. This may kindly be taken up on high priority. Calling customer care again doesn;t help either

Worst service

I have samsung galaxy Y young colour plus cell whose IMEI no. is 351852051338316. I had purchased it in 30 jan 2011. From the month of august, i have been facing display issues like blurred screen. I had given it in samsung service centre at virar west. Aftr some weeks display problm started agn. I agn gave my phone on 4 oct for repairing, they gave me my cel 2day i.e, on 15 oct n agn issue is not solved. I don't know why they kept phone 4 such long time n stil couldn't solve issue. Its vry frustrating to go agn n agn so far. I didn't expectd such a poor servicing from such a high profile brand. The people in the service center do not posess any knowledge. MISLEADING AND POOR SERVICE

I had purchased a Samsung BT-7722( serial No. RGIBA53251R) in November 2011, my mobile no is 9841282339. around 6 months before i got processing and not visible display problem in it & i visited my nearer Saumsung Care centre in T.Nagar chennai.(TECHNO-CARE)Instead of resolving the fault they had created another problem in which flash always remains on while recieving & dialing any call.Again i visited Saumsung Care centre (HI-TECH SOLUTIONS) at ANNA NAGAR because the keys were not working.They said that the key board has to be replaced but this time a new problem created in which all the phone keys left working. By the same day i again visited the center this time they told to change the display and software again. And again after few months i found that the Flash is working by it self and suddenly the DISPLAY again went off.

NOW the complaint No.4139518058 dt.04-10-2012 " the Anna nagar service centre states that I DID OUTSIDE SERVICE WHICH IS LIE AND MISLEADING ME" I AM SURE THAT I DID NOT DO ANY OUTSIDE SERVICE which may please be verified.

I'm very much harassed from all the sequences happened so i request you that kindly take a necessary action upon it.
