MISLEADING AND POOR SERVICE

I had purchased a Samsung BT-7722( serial No. RGIBA53251R) in November 2011, my mobile no is 9841282339. around 6 months before i got processing and not visible display problem in it & i visited my nearer Saumsung Care centre in T.Nagar chennai.(TECHNO-CARE)Instead of resolving the fault they had created another problem in which flash always remains on while recieving & dialing any call.Again i visited Saumsung Care centre (HI-TECH SOLUTIONS) at ANNA NAGAR because the keys were not working.They said that the key board has to be replaced but this time a new problem created in which all the phone keys left working. By the same day i again visited the center this time they told to change the display and software again. And again after few months i found that the Flash is working by it self and suddenly the DISPLAY again went off.

NOW the complaint No.4139518058 dt.04-10-2012 " the Anna nagar service centre states that I DID OUTSIDE SERVICE WHICH IS LIE AND MISLEADING ME" I AM SURE THAT I DID NOT DO ANY OUTSIDE SERVICE which may please be verified.

I'm very much harassed from all the sequences happened so i request you that kindly take a necessary action upon it.

I am a customer of SAMSUNG .In my house my Washing Machine,Two mobile phones,TV,Computer devices all items belongs to Samsung.Now in my Washing Machine Modl No.W78502EG/XTL (Si.No.100752CL301223T) spin motor complaint(Not working while load,but wkg without load),I was registered Complaint in Toll Free number on 07-09-2012 and one person visited from Service Centre on 09-10-2012 and the same was taken to repair centre(Authorised Service Centre,WINTECH SOLUTIONS,CC36/2695,Azad road,Kaloor,Kochi-17,Phone No.0484-4010282) on 14-09-2012 .When I contacted to Cervice Centre the same day assured that it will return on Monday 17-09-2012.But the were not return the same and again I contacted 18-09-2012,they assured next day will give but not done so.Finaly I purchased new one on 20-09-2012.Now on 01-10-2012 they called me and told the machine was repaired and cost was Rs.1800/-.I told them this was more and so far not informed me the cost and also I purchased new one.So I am ready to pay nominal charge.But so far they are not returned the same.So I request you to return the same, which has no major complaint at that time,only complaint was spin motor not working more load,but it worked less load.

SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE DRAIN HOSE PROBLEM

I had purchased samsung fully automatic washing machine model no. WA82V4V in 2010 from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS at panjagutta in Hyderabad. I have bought my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 (P3100) on August 22nd. Recently it fell down and the screen got damaged. I have ordered for a new screen touch one week back in Bangalore Samsung service center. Today when I called, they told that there is no stock even in DELHI and it will take some 3 more days. I haven't expect this type of service and delay from a reputed company like Samsung. Even the dealer is not sure that he will get the product or not. Worst response from Samsung care.

I purchased a Samsung GALAXY ACE DUOS CDMA SCH 1589 IMEI: A00000390F6589 &amp IMEI:359099040649021 purchased by me from Samsung Dealer M/s The New Mobile Mart, R-52 Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Near Metro Pillor No 44, Delhi 110092 Vide their Invoice Book No 05 Serial No 213 dated 26/08/2012 for Rs 13,350.

Handset since 2nd day started giving troubles and it was submitted to Shakarpur Service center. I wrote to CEO office and they replied under reference no. 8446259366 .

This phone was earlier submitted (on 8th Sept) to Laxmi nagar/Shakarpur Service center but returned to me after 8 days (on 15th Sept) without any issue being attended. Upon request from your office, Handset again has been deposited to same service center on 19th Sept.

There has been a follow up from their Noida office representative namely Mr Jasvinder, Aakaash and Gulshan and all the executives have been quite supportive but service center seems to be bottle neck. I was told that before handing over the handset, a conference call on 24 sept would be arranged between me and service center so as they can confirm that all issues this time have been attended and rectified. But I am still waiting for a conference call.

Service center representative Ms Rachna keeps on asking for the some bill/service request number and bluntly told me that nothing can be done till I don't provide the same to her. Wwhen I requested her to pull the details using my cell no or name or their own CEO office reference number, she arrogantly refused to do so. She even asked me not to write any further mails to CEO office or to them.

With above behavior, I believe, Samsung is not interested to attend the issue/product complaints in a newly supplied handset, return the handset and hence, I demand a refund of the entire amount with an interest of 18% PA for the time since (26th Aug) when I am not able to use the phone. An additional amount of Rs 10,000 also should be paid towards visits/conveyance charges, time spent in service center (it ranges between 4-5 hrs to submit or collect the handset), phone call charges/follow up and all the mental tension and agony I had gone through.

LED not installed on the wall by company officials

I have purchased samsung 32 inch LED on 19.09.2012. Today i.e. 21/09/2012 the company officials had come for installation of the LED. They however refused to install the LED on the wall in the given bracket. I am very disappointed with samsung service and request you to please install the LED on the wall as the same is lying in a corner unused. This is not what I expected from a company like samsung. Your service level has shocked me and I now demand a refund on the TV purchased as I am not able to view it.

I a senior executive working with a MNC. I fail to understand that how your employees are trained and cannot wall mount a TV, which is their job.

Request you to please look into the matter and solve the matter as a responsible company would do.

Samsung phones are good but because of battery backup they r not coming up to best now also Nokia is best. even i also have 3 Samsung cell phones Samsung wave,S2,Note but the battery backup is very very........................................................ bad. That's the reason Nokia is best many peoples r buying Nokia after many complaints like Hanging now they r solving this problem but in Samsung this is a very big problem. My many friends have S2 & S3 but they are bemoaned or regret because of this. please improve or solve this problem otherwise one day Samsung will go to Hell & Nokia is in the Sky. I had purchased a Samsung GT-B7722 in February 2012, my mobile no is 09425877992, but after two months i got key pad problem in it & i visited my nearer Saumsung Care centre in Ambala. after checking they said that you have to deposit your mobile for a week but i didnt have time so didnt deposit it. after fifteen days i visited to Bhopal then i showed for the same problem at malviya nagar service centre of samsung they told about some lock is broken, we cant do it in warranty. then again i visited to ambala service centre at ambala they were not ready to correct the same problem but at last they were ready to solve, again i deposited my mobile there for seven days they have corrected the problem but created the new problem all sounds were muted. no song, ringtone etc. then again i visited bhopal and i showed my set service centre at 10 no. market, again they have comlaint me about the same lock is repaired with a tape but not changed so they have told me you have to go through the ambala service centre. so now in this condition what should i do. i may go to consumer court against your service centre at ambala and company. I'm very much harassed from their service so i request you that kindly take a necessary action upon it.

Last time I had talk to Mr. Vikram & Amit Gupta (Customer Services Supervisor & Customer Service Executive) they said part is not available your request is pending show in my system. when I talk to replacement for this LED. they said we arrange a call from replacement team but every time they give one hour time to call back to me. but I have not received any call from Samsung Customer service site. and when I talk to connect with your senior manager they hold my call long hours like 1 to 2 hours.

Also I requested to give your management team email id, they don't give it.

I am very mentally depress that I lost my money to purchase Branded company product. If Branded company give that shame full services to customer its very horrible for every customer.

With reference to the cited above, this is to bring in to your kind notice and complain you that it is hardly one year since we have purchased your a/c as referenced above and till date the machine was attended at least 8 times by your local technician.

In the second week of August’ 11 Gas was refilled in the compressor as the same was leaked due to some technical snag in the machine.

In the first week of March’ 12 the compressor of the machine busted and was replaced by your Local Service Centre.

In the month of April’ 12 we complained that for last 4 -5 months our main unit of A/c inside our bed room was making a lot of cracking and breaking type noises and water was dripping from its air outlet panel. We were even unable to take proper sleep because of noises that every now and then coming out of A/c Unit. On 07-07-2011 Local Service Centre Technician attended the machine He changed a part of main unit named: PCB or something and charged us Rs. 1800/- for the same but to my dismay the problem was continued. Then the Technician replaced our Stabilizer with an old one that he brought from somewhere stating that it will manage the current flow.

Now three days back the machine once again stopped working at night. Today, it was attended by the same Local Service Centre technician. He has informed us that the compressor of the machine has been busted and need to be replaced. He has booked the complaint with service center as wide referenced above.

Sir, this is for the second time in a year that the stabilizer of my A/c has been busted. I do not see any reasons why should we suffer because of faulty unit or incapability of your authorized Technician/Mechanic to find out the exact cause of the complains? Why should I be forced to call your Local Service Centre every now and then or why should I be forced to bear with faulty machine. Now I am not prepared to waste my time in waiting for the repairing of my machine any more.

I request you kindly to look into the matter and instruct your Local Service Center Officials to arrange for an immediate replacement of the faulty unit without any further delay, today itself only otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to the Forum and Internet.

Poor after sales service and faulty peace

Recently I had puchace samsung 36 inch LED.
after only two days of install the dish connection picture quality goes down on every day.
I call to call center and got confirmation that between 24-48 hours person will come and solve the problem.
but after 2 days non of one from samsung have curtusy to call and gives the exact visit time, again I called to samsung after 3days with the same ref no. got answer that this queary already been put to concern department and will revert you soon.

What is the time limit of 'SOON' only samsung people know.

i have call to your customer care number they have launch a complain and i got a call from servicing center of samsung authorises center (Basheerbagh) they said if i bring the printer to their office then they can repair properly, so we took the printer they said Mother Board Problem it will cost Rs1675/- and we have aggree and they repair, after 2days same problem presist,again we took printer to same branch and they kept printer for Observatation for 4Days they said it was fine no problem, the again after 20Days same problem comming.

Samsung's wrost services

We are extremely annoyed with Samsung services.
We have put up the complaint regarding AC support long back and still have not got any response from Samsung service people. This is not the first time that we have issues with Samsung products and are not getting proper response from service people. This is making us move away from Samsung products for now and for ever.
0120-30308282 is the telephone number we have been talking to and getting highly unsatisfactory responses. This is not acceptable. Need we write more?
Can somebody from Samsung tell us how to escalate the issues on Samsung site?

Regarding mobile Service Complain

I give service request as on date 23 June 2012 to your service center Ranchi. for set hang & some time touchpad not work , request no:- 4133616966 with bill copy whom I got at the time of purchase bill date 12.08.2012 . but I got a call from service center you purchase the product 12.06.2012 that is out of warranty. But I told him I purchase 12.08.2012 I submit the bill & you can confirm retailer regarding bill but he told me our Samsung data available date of purchase is 12.06.2012 I don’t know how this happen I purchase 12.08.2012 & your system data is 12.06.2012 you can confirm retailer regarding this we submit the bill to your service center Ranchi.

But service center personal told me you can pick your phone anytime during working hours we can not service this phone with warranty . what should I do please help .

I am facing a problem of restricted access on my mobile using SIM cards that work on other phones, but not on my hand set. I purchased the handset from Mumbai, but currently using it in Europe.
After checking all my settings, found call barring settings on, but cannot change as I dont have the password.
Kindly email me the call barring password for all the call barring settings for the above model.
If there is a way I can reset the password, please do let me know.

I was having samsung mobile which i lost at Dhanbad Railway Station while boarding on the train, the sim was bsnl post paid service. the date of missing was 02/06/2012, at 8 pm. Instantly i reqested for blocking my sim to the service provider BSNL.The phone no of the set used was 8986871503. Now i got the same no from the BSNL which is active now.
Now my request is that at least this mobile may please be locked,and if you can trace it please inform me .I will be very greatful to you.

I bought a 1.5 ton Samsung split AC from your dealer at Guwahati, Assam
on 02/06/2012 and the very next day your company!s technician came to my house to install the same but they left the job half done and till today they did not turn up to complete instillation. Although I made repeated calls to them they never receive my calls. I am really surprised by Samsung!s customer service. I think I did a grave mistake by purchasing a Samsung product.

Not working our refrigrater

Our refrigerator has not been proper working since 15th march. I called up at Samsung authorized service centre and registered a complaint two time for my refrigerator The engineer came two time in my home. Complaint was not resolved till date the repairs will be costly and the problems will continue. This hot summers our food materials are also waste due to refrigerator are not in working condition. And the refrigerator is doing the same thing not staying cold, this time the ice maker is not working.
I thought, I must take this up higher ups in the company before I approach a consumer court for service and product deficiency. I hope you will be able to resolve this issue asap.
Kindly help in resolving the problem at the earliest.

complaint regarding my Samsung BT-7722

I had purchased a Samsung BT-7722 in June 2011, my mobile no is 9896418890. two months before i got processing problem in it & i visited my nearer Saumsung Care centre in BMK G.T.Road, panipat. Instead of resolving the fault they had created another problem in which flash always remains on while recieving & dialing any call.Again i revisited the center by very next day.They said that camera of this has to be get change but after replacing the camera the problem remain constant.This time they said that mother board of this set has to be replaced.Instead of replacing the mother board they again changed the camera & told me that the fault has been resolved but this time a new problem created in which all the phone keys left working. By the same day i again visited the center this time they told to change the mother board and ask me to recieve the set after 2 days. On getting the call from their side that the set is ready i went to center. While i recieve the set this time the another problem of not hearing the recieving call was created.they again told me to deposit the set for a day again & said that they are going to resolve it by tomorrow.I'm very much harassed from all the sequences happened so i request you that kindly take a necessary action upon it.
