Please look into the matter up to the bottommost of the problem & justify the customer feedback, who has relied on almost all of your products like mobile, refrigerator, washing machine, micro wave oven & so on.

Kindly refer to my earlier mail dated 03-05-2012 regarding my air conditioner trouble.
You will not aware that in spite of various calls from your representatives during last two days. There is no response at all to my genuine claim of Rs. 2600/- against gas charged + service + transportation.
Now, it is my feeling that I had really committed a mistake for the selection of SAMSUNG AIR CONDITIONER. Because of a small flare nut crack, I am penalties for RS. 2600/- + 15 days of hot summer days. During last two days, I was explained about guarantee & warranty for one year without study the root cause of the problem.
Kindly refer to my earlier mail dated 03-05-2012 regarding my air conditioner trouble.

Let me explain technically & logically.
First of all, on first NO COOLING on 31-03-2012 call to SAMSUNG service, it was declared that the gas leakage from the outer unit without checking the intermediate tubing between the outer & inner unit. On the service personnel wrong decision, the outer unit was dismantled, taken to service center, gas charged & reassembled for which the RS. 2600/- was charged.
If it is really, the gas leakage from the outer unit, then how within a week once again gas leakage. It means the intermediate tubing must have been checked thoroughly, which was not done. On checking the same when there was first NO COOLING complaint second time, it was found flare nut crack, which was replaced. For your kind information, the flare nut is a stationary part not a wearable part due to movement.
It is very clear that the failure of crack nut within two years is either due to defective material of flare nut or either due to improper first installation & commissioning, which was generating the heavy vibrations on tubing. If proper installation & commissioning would have taken place by checking the permissible vibration limit, this would have not happened.
Technically & logically, this is either due to material defect, or improper first installation & commissioning or defective outer unit manufactured generating vibrations beyond limit. There was no such measurement readings were taken for vibrations or permissible sound decibel unit after installation & commissioning.
I hope I can explain you how this very low value item costs RS. 2600 to the customer like me.
I suggest having minimum two basic measurement readings on first installation & commissioning to avoid such failure & justifying by refunding my money to maintain SAMSUNG GOODWILL.

Dear Sir,
This is in connection with our complaint no. 8421252051 dated 31-03-2012.
We regret to inform that the SAMSUNG SAC AS 185USBNXTL SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER was purchased on 19-04-2010 vide invoice no. 314 from Rg’s Air Conditioners, D-2, Taksh Complex, Gotri Road, Vadodara.
The details of the SAMSUNG SAC AS 185USBNXTL SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER is as below:
1. Inner unit : A976P2A2302135
2. Outer unit: A97p2b2302592
After the complaint of NO COOLING, the PRS SERVICES, 5 Sampiya Flats, Opp. Welcome Flats,Urmi-Dinesh Mill Road, Vadodara -390 020 service personnel visited & reported about the gas leakage.
As per his advice, it was agreed to dismantle the outer unit & shifted to the authorized service center to check up the leakage.
After, the tested OK, the same was brought, installed & put into operation on 08-04-2012.
The retail invoice Sr. No. 23280 dated 06-04-2012 of amount Rs. 2600/- (Rs. 2000 for gas charging+ Rs. 400 Servicing + 200 Transportation) was paid vide cheque no. 030308 dated 08-04-2012 of Bank of India, Ellora Park, Vadoara branch.
It is surprised that once again the NO COOLING situation due gas leakage.

The service personnel visited once again along with Service order no. 4129833188 dated 14-04-2012 & found the crack Flare Nut. (Photograph attached). The root cause as per his observation was that the Flare Nut was fitted wrongly & over tightened during the first time installation. After installation, we had made attention about the abnormal noise of the outer unit. But we had been told not to worry about the same because of the sound service from SAMSUNG.
The above comment was also noted down in the referred service order form. Please go through the case carefully either about the installation & commissioning error or material defect for which we are penalized of RS. 2600 with a gift of unbearable hot summer for 15 days period.
Hence forth, we humbly request to M/s SAMSUNG to refund Rs. 2600/- immediately.
We, as a SAMSUNG customer who has all the home appliances like refrigerator, washing machine, Micro Wave Oven etc, become first time un happy & un lucky due to fault of Authorised dealer to whom Rs. 28000/- was paid.
Hope, for your customer satisfaction & care, the case would be quite transparently reviewed.

serious freezing problem in samsung refrigerator

in samsung refrigerator model 23 WVPS,purchased in july 2008, entire freezer and below the freezer, ice freezing is there..entire friz in nutshell,is in water dripping; though compressor is working fine ; a company like samsung in which refrigerator is in pathetic shape even in four years.. is a SHAMEFUL scenario.

Complaint regarding non functioning of under warranty Split AC

Dear Sir,
I purchased a 2 Ton Split AC in Nov 2011. It is Still under Warranty.
I called 303082 (24.4.2012 at 2.10 PM). After long Explanations Departmentwise, i was finally told that i will be called back in 2 hours.
In the final stage I was called by Mr. Kshitij from the Technical Department. Inspite of explaining everything he insisted that I should call a LOCAL ELECTRICIAN. His behaviour and the tone of speech was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE... Not ready to hear anything and was cross questioning every time as if i was at fault. He was not ready to pass the call to any senior and told me that ENGINEERS DO NOT VISIT FOR SUCH COMPLAINTS EVEN IF THE AC IS UNDER WARRANTY. Unhappy with Samsung Customer service, Goa

I have a plasma tv whose panel was broken. I sent a request for a replacement of the same. The service team landed with a panel which was not functioning. After that the samsung service people despite of directly calling and making a telephonic complaint, there is no response. And if they happen to take the call, then there is a reply saying they would come if there is a transport available. Doesn't the samsung company not able to provide a transport to fix my television. It's been more then a month. Even the head of the samsung customer care goa doesn't care about the customer satisfaction.

THis is Arun From Pune. I have recently purchased a Samsung AC from a nearby dealer in Khadki Pune.
I purchased in on 12th and today is 16th. Till now nobody has turned up for installation / Demo. So I decided to do the Installation done by myself. So I called up an experienced Installation person and he did it nicely. But it should have been done by Samsung without even making a call.

Now I am chasing them for the Demo of the same. Customer service people promise me daily that it will be surely done today by 8 PM. But no result.

Finally I got a call from an engineer on 14th He said he will send somone today by 6PM. Believe me I have called him from 6PM till 8PM but he is not even responding to my call.

Today somebody else called me and said I am coming now(without appointment). I told him I am in office now and he can come in the evening at 6 PM. He started criping how can i come in the evening I have some visit in that place so thought of coming now. Whn I asked him your appintment was ion 14th he didn;t hav any answer.
Lets see if he comes today. WIll update you all accordingly.

But must say It is really a bad experience from Samsung people till now.

She was not ready to give the call to ant of her senior and "YOU WILL HAVE TO TALK WITH ME ONLY" and ultimately I had to disconnect the phone..Is this the way...

I purchased a bar handset Gt-C3303I on the 17th NOvember 2011 from SHIV SHAKTI MOBILE , BELOW PAPPU HOSPITAL; Nr. VENDOR CHAR RASTA, ANAND - 388001. On 10th April 2012 the at 18.00hrs when i received a call from my company i could not hear the caller so i disconnected the call and dialled the same mobile number and still I was not able to hear the receiver on the other end. After this i called my colleague and the same problem persisted.
On 11th April 2012 i went to Samsung Customer Care Centre at Sardargunj Anand. I requested the person to help me with this instrument problem (Of course in my hurry i did read his name). The person without checking the device simply told "IT WILL TAKE TWO DAYS TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM; PLEASE DEPOSIT THE INSTRUMENT AND COME AFTER TWO DAYS" I did explain him that i`m employed with a reputed Medical School and this days there are post graduation exam being conducted it is hard for me to go with out a mobile. I requested him for a spare instrument for which is was ready to pay the rent. And still the answer was "PLEASE DEPOSIT THE INSTRUMENT AND COME AFTER TWO DAYS" we do not have spare.
THIS KIND OF ARROGANT REPLY FROM AN EMPLOYEE OF SAMSUNG IS NOT FARE.

The customer service of Swift Services (SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE-DEHRADUN) is not providing the satisfactory services to their customers.They are not providing the support once you purchased the product. whatever they commit, accordingly they will not work. if you try to call their service staff they will not pick your call. First time i have purchased Samsung product but not satisfied with the services provided by them. So, my feedback is negative for the service centre.

I contacted Vijay Sales Customer Service and they raise their hands saying that they are unable to replace the Refrigerator. I purchased a tv Samsung HD flat screen for an 91 year old relative of mine who lives alone. The problem is that she falls asleep in front of the tv and when she wakes up the picture is gone. She has to wait until I go to home to switch it on again for her. This is rediculas because with her old tv she used to go to sleep and wakes up and find it working. Now she has to wait for someone to fix the situation and ends up looking at a blank black screen for a whole day. Surely there must be a way to stop this nonsense. I can understand it makes sense for the rest of the community but not with senior citizens. We must respect them and make them feel part of the community not the other way round. I really hope that you can answer my question soonest.

I purchased samsung C 3530 hand set from "mobile arena" sector 3, rohini, new delhi, vide cash memo number 2010-2011/3895 dated 15.2.11 on 15.2.2011. I found that the set was not functioning well as the incoming voice quality was very poor and unrecognizable and noisy. with in a week time from purchase, on the advice of the vendor i approached the service centre at sector 7 rohini to change the set or repair but they said that the set is okay and sim card is making the difference. I even changed the sim card but the problem remain unresolved. I again lodged a complaint in this regard vide complaint no 8430338258 dated 3.12.2011 after that the speaker of set was changed at other service centre, V-CARE sector 7 rohini. It gave temporary relief, and again the set started to malfunctioning. The incoming voice quality is very poor, unrecognizable and thus uneasy. I have other sets also but never experienced such poor audio quality. You are once again requested to look into the matter and replace the set. failing which i shall be liberty to lodge a formal complaint at competent authority, i.e, the consumer court.

It is my first and last samsung product. I will roll back to Nokia. So, dear please try to repair your phone first and than after sell it under warranty period because your problem may occur after warranty period.

Sell it and buy a NOKIA phone. In motinagar service centre my phone needs only upgrade the software what his eng. did they opened my phones part and than raised a question actually whats the problem in it?

When you visist any service centre it look like a godown instad of service service centre.

i had visited spice centre. they told me to visit service centre in nehru place. 1 point to be noted here that while purchasing mobile they have told me that if any problem in set comes within 2 days they will replace my handset. after that i had visited samsung service centre in nehru place. they have restarted the mobile & the mobile started working properly. they told me it needs some software update. we will give you set tomorrow. i had told them that issue me a doa letter so that i can replace my mobile, while very next day when i had gone there they told me problems had been resolved. i had told what if same problem exists next time? they told its ok. & if u are telling this show me the problem right now. i came home with that mobile set that day. after 5-6 day same problem arises again. now the problem had been added up. the problems were..
1. hanging up of wi-fi
2. sometimes it take much time for processing.
3. display blank
4. network drop etc.
5. battery full charges in approx 2.5-3 hours..
6. while charging the mobile set become heated up.
7. when opening the radio(fm) it always starts in mute mode.
8. processing became slow.

after that i again visited samsung service centre on 2.1.2012. i had shown the problem. they told me again it needs software update. software update was done again which costs me in removal of contacts, message & personal data. i had complaint to service centre & complaint no. was 8438529108.
i had got a call from your side. finally they told me that this problem will not exist in future. bring your handset. i took my handset next day.

after 3-4 days again the same problem exists. the problems were.
1. hanging up of wi-fi
2. sometimes it take much time for processing.
3. display blank
4. network drop etc.
5. battery full charges in approx 2.5-3 hours..
6. while charging the mobile set become heated up.
7. when opening the radio(fm) it always starts in mute mode.
8. processing became slow.

i visited on 8.1.2012 to service center again. after checking they told me it requires software update. i again told them for how much time & at what interval of time i have to visit here?? they met me with quality assurance engineer & i had chat with him. they told me show me the problem. i told that i had been resolved as the set had been switched off & on again. i told him the problem will exist again. he assured me that if next time the problem comes come here & show me directly. i will provide best alternative solution for this(may be replacement). i told them that please replace this as its 3rd time. he told me show the problem right now. 1 point to be noted here that when this problem exists if you switch off the handset & removes battery & again place this the problem will be resolved automatically for 4-5 days. that day i came back with the same handset.

Again the same problem arises in my handset on 11.1.2012. i called service center & told them to fix a meeting with that quality assurance engineer but they told come with handset best solution will be given. i visited service center again on 12.1.2012.after seeing the problem they told me it needs software update. i told them what about the software update done on 22.12.2011 & 2.1.2012. they told its previous version. i told only you had installed the version of software & i had no idea what you do on the name of software update. as the set had twice been software updated. i submitted my handset to the Nehru place service center & the bill no. is 4125575291. my mobile set is still with the service center. so why not they are giving me particular solution(replace my mobile set) . i had also registered my complaint to samsung service centre no. 012030308282 & asked for call back. but no further assistance had been taken.

1. i want to know why they are not replacing my handset?
2. what if they give me same handset & saying it will work right now & the problem arises within few days?
3. the same problem is existing 4(four) times within 20 days. is this the features of samsung ?
4. if they give me same set. if again problem arises i have to lost my data again & again. i am facing a lot of problem regarding set. i have to switch my office again & again.
5. who is responsible for my travel cost?? as i had already visited 7 times Nehru place within 20 days.
hopefully you can understand my problem & can resolve it as soon as possible.

Chat option not working

I used Samsung Chat 222 (E2222) model. I used net card on this model. i already used in chat option on GTalk, Yahoo, MSN and Facebook option on this mobile. but now some error on occur in that option.

Bad servicing experience.

I have purchased a Samsung Dual champ phone from SPice retail from Manthri mall in bangalore on 11/09/2011. IMEI number of the phone is 35888504150142201. From the day i purchased this mobile i have lot of problems. The phone switches off automatically 3 to 4 times a day and i have to take out the battery and re insert. I have given the mobile for servicing at Cell solutions, 36/1, 2nd floor, Vasavi temple road, V.V.Puram, Bangalore-560004 2 times. 1st one on 13/10/2011 vide work order number 101301 and the 2nd one on 17/12/2011 vide work order number 121711. After both service problem is still the same and people at service center had no clue about what the problem is. Since it is under warranty i told them to replace the handset they did agreed to it. If once the warranty expires i have to pay for getting the service done. I seriously have doubt about the quality of this phone and i think this mobile will not lost for even 1 year. very poor service

I bought a refrigerator of model no. RT 26 HVMS and serial no. 01124ZAL800161Y from your outlet at kollam, kerala(quilon radio service -kollam) some years back. The refrigerator was not working properly from the last two months. I made a call to your customer service number and explained about the problem. They registered it as a compliant and told me that the technicians will arrive here and make it clear with in 2 days. After two days one Mr. Krishnakumar arrived here and told us that the refrigerator should need gas filling , the gas filling team will arrive shortly.
Actually the compliant was registered on october last week. till now the gas filling team is not arrived. We made several calls to Mr. Krishnakumar ,but always he gives an answer that they will arrive within two days. Now the decision is yours, we are expecting for an answer from you.

BUT NOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS SINCE THE IC HAS BEEN FIXED -- THE REASON ACCORDING TO MR SHARMA IS THAT IC IS NOT AVAILABLE IN DIBRUGARH AND SO HAS TO COME FROM GUWAHATI.

Model GT-B2652 DOP 31/05/2011. same phone was get some problems, i visited the service centre, they are told that your fone was water logging so no warranty cover under this. how they judge the same, no one is ready to listen to us. finally i have paid 2050.00 same after one month my charger not working i have visted the service centre(Aditya Inforcom Pvt. Ltd, Ashok vihar,New Delhi) they advised me to go for new due to your warranty has been lapsed, some times man unble to get deprees due to this kind of silly things, so i am suggesting to all not go for samsung in future.

COMPLAINT: MENTAL HARASSMENT AND NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICE

This is with regards to lodging a written complaint against Samsung co-operation for neglect, poor service and mental harassment of senior citizens of the nation.

Please find below mentioned trauma that my father has gone through at the hands of Samsung service centre at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, INDIA:

My father Mr Sanjay Atrishi, a senior citizen of the country own a Samsung TV. A few days back, the TV stopped working. He called up the Samsung service center at Dehradun for getting it repaired. The manager at the service station asked my father to lodge a complaint at the customer care stating that he could not help him in this. My father got in touch with the customer care office and they handed him a COMPLAINT NO.: 8437483831. Further, the customer care executive assured him that a service engineer would be sent to his home for analyzing the problem in the TV.
My father waited patiently for the engineer to appear but in vain. No one came. He called up the Samsung service center, shared across the complaint no. and requested for an engineer. The manager, over there, promised him that he would send across but no one came. After repeated following ups, with the manager at the service center, the engineer came over and had a look at the TV. He stated that he would have to replace a minor part of the TV; if the part is available at the Dehradun service center, he would change it in a day or else, he would have to source it from Delhi and that will take a week.
Since the part was not available at the Dehradun service center, my father waited for ten days yet the engineer didn't turn up. My father called up the Dedradun service center to inquire but they began to give casual statements. NOW THE SITUATION IS, MY FATHER IS FED UP OF FOLLOWING UP WITH THE SERVICE CENTER AS THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING HIM UNCLEAR STATEMENTS.

LOOK, I DON'T KNOW WHY SAMSUNG IS MANHANDLING ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO ARE SENIOR CITIZENS OF THE NATION. I DO NOT THINK IT IS HUMANE TO DO SUCH A THING.

I AM AFRAID, THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBILITY IS GOING TO TARNISH BRAND IMAGE OF SAMSUNG.

I AM PART OF MUMBAI FILM AND TELEVISION FRATERNITY AND I HAVE NEVER FACED SUCH LACK OF CONCERN AND UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM FROM A WHITE GOODS MANUFACTURER. IT IS SHOCKING. FURTHER, I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP FOLLOWING UP FOR SUCH AN ISSUE ON AND ON. I MIGHT AS WELL, RAISE MY CONCERN WITH CONSUMER FORUM AND GET IT ADDRESSED APPROPRIATELY.

problem in refrigerator and poor service

I purchased a refrigerator capacity 350 liters in 2007 and its gas leaked off , therefore I lodged a complained for gas filling . Your authorized service centre refilled the gas on payment . It is not cooling properly even after gas refilling and facing problem of defrosting . Dear Samsung,

I am your esteemed customer. With much like,I purchased the mobile whose details given below. Unfortunately, from the day I purchased my troubles started that it is not at all functioning with the duel sim. Further, even with single sim, If move out of the tower area from whre I purchased, it is not at all functioning for hours together. As a result, the callers who are my belowed clients are misunderstanding me.

I handed over the mobile with all the papers to the retailer from whom I purchased. He said that he would handover the same to the dealer to send it to company and it takes more than 10 days time to affect repairs.

I therefore request you to replace the mobile with a NEW ONE, instead of repairing the same, since it is purchased very recently and it is not difficult for a big company of Samsung. Please replace it immediately.

Bada os troubles

I have bought a mobile Samsung wave 2 (gt-s8530) last month which works on Bada Os.
There are only few applications and games running in bada that to in Samsung apps and Some applications or games costs too much.
We owners believed Samsung and bought it for 15,000.At this cost we may prefer other mobiles like htc ,Sony Erricsion android phones
Samsung should develop bada 2.0 immediately!!
Or else u'll lose ur customers,I hope this problem will solve as soon as possible regarding Bada Os.

REPAIR OF SAMSUNG MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL NO CE113AEL

SIR,I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MICROWAVE MODEL NO CE113AEL IN NOV 2008. THE OVEN WORKED SATISFACTORILY TILL JUL 20II. A COMLAINT WAS LODGED WITH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE SILIGURI (COMPLIANT NO 8434656470). THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE INFORMED THAT AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT WITHIN 24 HOURS, NO ENGINEER HAS VISITED TILL DATE. AFTER REPEATED COMPLIANTS AN ENGINEER RANG UP ON MY MOBILE PHONE AND ASKED THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE MICROWAVE OVEN AND WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM. HE ASSURED THAT HE WILL GET THE SPARE PART BUT IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TIME. AFTER A WEEK HE AGAIN RANG UP AND INFORMED THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE AND GAVE ME AN OPTION OF RETURNING THE OVEN BACK TO THE COMPANY AND SINCE THE OVEN WAS PURCHASED IN 2008 THE COMPANY WILL REIMBURSE 40% OF ITS VALUE.

TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND THERE WAS NO WORD FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. ON AGAIN CALLING UP THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE ENGINEER WAS VERY ARROGANT AND NOT AT ALL POLITE WHICH IS EXPECTED FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG. IT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD AS TO HOW THE ENGINEER HAS DIAGONISED THE PROBLEM WITH THE MICROWAVE WITHOUT EVEN COMING TO CHECK IT. WE ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM WITHOUT THE MICROWAVE OVEN. I HAVE BEEN HARAASHED AND I AM BEING FORCED TO TAKE A RECOURSE TO CONSUMER COURT.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.

new morinda samasung service center not repairing mobile

I have purchased Samsung Ace S5830 mobile on 17.09.2011 from Munirka, New Delhi and given to my elder brother who lives at new morinda. Few days back mobile showing no sim card in mobile.my brother went to samsung service center new morinda,punjab for service. They taken the mobile and after few days when brother went to service center , they replied it will not be repaired and they taken the service compalin no and tored the that infront of my brother and said we will not repair your mobile.

1. if my mobile is under warranty period, than why they are not doing service.
2. Also suggest where to go.
