COMPLAINT AGAINST MOBILE PHONE SERVICE CENTER

Complaint about the samsung poor service and need an extn.

I purchased the GT-B7722 mobile on 07.04.2011. From that period I will facing a lot of problem in that mobile.
1. I will facing the mobile hanging and display touch fault and give it to the your service center in the date of 09.07. 2011, center namely DWARAKA SYSTEMS AND SERVICES at VELLORE. They will registered the complaint (work order no:3401)and told that they will give back two weeks later.
2. I went to center and asked about mobile. they replied that it will take more than twenty days to make ready BECAUSE OF SOFTWARE PROBLEM, then i agreed.
3. Then again I asked about mobile, they asked me further two weeks, that time also i agreed.
4. Then again I cotacted them with phone they told me that, sir it is on manufacturig defect so give me back hand set assesories with your identity proof, we will give the replacement for this complete set.
I did same as what they told. they assured me they will give within twenty days.
After a month i asked them about set. On that time they replied, sir your phone is ready.
I thanked them and looked my mobile i got shoked! because of trying me to fool. they changed key pad and back cover. Both are damaged overly.
I asked them
(i)sir its not mine dont try to do like this,
(ii)once you told that it cant able to do service because of manufacturing defect and now only how its possible.
(iii) you knew that openly its not my keypad and back cover, then how to ready to hand overing it? where is my keypad and back cover?
(iv) what do you did my assesories and proof collected for replacing?

Then they asked me to give the replacement set properly but till now they havent submit.
please take nessesary action like as your branded samsung name and save your good name from this type of service center.

Installation of split AC

I have purchased one samsung 1.5 split AC from Indore on 26 JUL 2011.Raised complaint, they gave me complaint number after that I called to them and asked about my complaint then they told me we dont have any complaint registered with this number(very surprised word).I have registered my complaint 4 times and every time I got new complaint number.
I got new complaint number 8436535521 on 14-OCT-2011 means today.

Till now installation did not happen and I am following samsung customer care 180030008282 last 3 months.

I got GT-B7510 (galaxy pro) and its behaviour is the most weirdest..in a month my speakers are spoilt,,in two months my battery started draining..and the 3rd month one fourth of my lcd is white blank screen but the capacitive touch works..its such a dissatisfaction and complete annoyance with this product..its turning out defective all by itself..
Most of all the service centre is the worst..please teach them how to attend to customers..
All i want is a complete service to be done under my warranty...its been exactly 3 months i bought this mobile (on 10/7/11)..

Gt-B7722 Function

Recently I have purchased Gt-B7722 mobile. I am having some technical problem. Whenever I use my mobile, it is automatically flashing.. It is creating a social problem, which may lead to unnecessary complaint from people nearby thinking that I am taking their photographs.
For your information, I have made changes in camera setting of Flash as OFF. Even then this is happening.

I have purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY S II. I'm trying to log on to Samsung account for apps. every time I try to sign in it says wrong password. I havnt been able to register also, every time it says account already exist. I need help. I would like to reset my Samsung account. what I will have to do?

I purchased the GT-B3410 mobile on November 2010. From that period I will facing a lot of problem in that mobile.
1. I will facing the mobile hanging and display touch fault and give it to the Techno care Service Centre( Centre No.0002155822) in the month of June 2011, which is in Habibullah Road. They will registered the complaint and taken two weeks time and given the moble.
2. Then again I will face the touch screen problem and hanging problem. Again I will given the mobile to the Techno care Service centre in the month of July 2011 (08/07/2011) (Bill no. 4110583959). Again they registered the complaint and taken two weeks and changing the Touch screen and FPCB and SUB PAB and return to me.
3. Then again I will face the problem the display will not properly working . No things will be seen in the mobile. Again I will given the mobile to Techno care service centre on September 2011(09/09/2011) (Bill no. 4119460362)and I will humbly request the hardware engineer to solve the problem immediately because of my urgent usage of my phone in my job . I will waited nearly one hour and immediately they solve it and gave the mobile.
4. Then again I will face the problem the screen side there is some black itches, and the display is looking ugly. Again I went to the Techno care service centre on 20/09/2011. They will seen my mobile and filed my complaint as LCD water log (Inspection slip No. 022), and told that it will not cover under warranty. In this matter I asked the person I want to contact the Manager, Immediately he addressed Mr. Karthick (Area Service Manager). I will explain all the things to him, he said it will not covered in warranty but we will discount for the parts. I asked Mr. Karthick, I want to meet the person who was inside the cabin. He suddenly said that he is an auditor, he will not connected to the company. I came out and went to the cabin with her permission. I shocked because he his the General Manger of that Techno care Company (Mr. R.Sivakumar). The Area Sales Manager Mr.Karthick gives the wrong information and make me a fool. I told all the complaints I will faced. He apologize to me, and make change of the LCD for free of Cost. Mr.Karthick will taken my mobile and changed the LCD and gave to me. But I will not satisfied due to the vengeance and complaint to the General manager they will put the OLD LCD, I think so.

From this, You can understand what are the problems I faced ? My Warranty period will be expired on November 2011. For buying the Samsung Mobile, is it punishment for me ? I am totally upset while the phone will not work properly and I will scolded by the Higher Officials. My health condition is so worried due to the Tension created by your mobile phone.

Now I am in warranty period they will change the parts under the warranty. After the warranty what can I do? Now what is the remedy for me? Then How many times I want to go to the service centre ?

I am deputed in the Educational department and lot of confidential work will be going. Mobile phone is most important to me . This type of problem will be raised again and again means, what’s the usage of this phone.

In the service centre if I give the mobile for service they will taken nearly two weeks for delivery In the mean time what can I do without mobile?

Sorry to say That I will Choose the Wrong company and Wrong Mobile. I will not recommend to any one.

Kindly treat it as urgent and extend my warranty or replace a new mobile for me.

I have submitted my phone in samsung service centre in moti nagar on 18 aug,2011. Till now i have not get my mobile repaired. Whenever i ask for my phone they say that it is in waiting we dont get the part from the company my work order no. is H1823. I have complained numerously about this in samsung customer care also from there i dont have any response .
Hardly when I say that i will approach consumer court they replied you can complaint there,we dont have any problem. My mobile is in warranty period (date of purchase 12-jan-2011)..Till now i have submitted my phone three times in service centre. I want you to get my phone repaired or replaced as soon as possible

samsung LCD GIVEN FOR REPAIRS

I had given my Samsung LCD MODEL NO LA26A45OC/LXL vide work order no 776 against the complaint no: 8434916987 to M/s Delta Care Centre for some minor repairs on 09/08/2011, after going thru the inspection of the set, the team from them told me that the PANEL BOARD OF THE LCD HAS totally failed, and hence it shall be sent to the company, for further clarifications.

After a few days, when enquired they told me that the company has agreed to reimburse me the amount of the LCD after deductions of the depreciation, since it was 2.5 yrs old, and had taken from me all the formalities duly signed by me also the name & address to which the cheque has to be arranged for and shall be dispatched in due course of time.

Today its 15th September, more than 40 days are over, but I have neither received any communications from anyone nor any refund from the company. I have been regularly trying to find out the outcome of my issue but they are unable to solve my issue.

One Mr Gowri Shanker has been addressing my problems right from day one over there and his contact no: 9986968033.

Hence I request you all to take the matter on priority and solve the issue, or get me an immediate replacement or the refund as its more than 40 days that the LCD Tv is not there in our place.

my microwave is not working since October 2010.we showed it at the service centre here in Chennai. we were told by Mr. Manikandan(mo:9884016952)that switch membrane needs to be changed.after repeated reminders, after 6 months we were told that the switch membrane is not available.what should we do. samsung keeps changing its models than what happens to customers who have the previous models. customer care is requested to look into the matter and get the oven repaired at the earliest

Now a days machine’s motor functionally not working properly. so some wiring burn up, and my mother Switch off the main switch. So machine and my mother out of risk. after this minor incident my mother call to Parmar Seals. After two day your services center’s mechanical engineer come and repair wiring and start machine and moment in time in Motor slight flash and fully burn. So your engineer say you are eligible for replacement new motor.

My mother suffer for Knee pain, so not possible for physically.
This meter past on 20day. No answering for your service center and also Parmar seals.

I purchased a samsung 7510

I purchased a Samsung 7510 on. June 26. 2011. But just after a week its speaker. andbattery both were gone. After much of misguidance I was able to locate your Janakpuri. service centre. It took me 3 visits and 15 days to get only my speaker repaired, however till date replacement of my battery is still pending and RR communication people are 0nly making excuses that they had forgotten about the complaint, then had send wrong model number, then had sold it to someone else, then they had exceeded their order limit and now the brand new excuse is that battery is not available. Pls sir I am fed up of these excuses and regular visits t0 your. Damn hell service centre. What should I wait for? To expire the 6 month period. Plssss help because for the next time I am sure that I won't buy a samsung phone because of its faulty machine and more than that irresponsible and. arrogant nature nature of yours faulty service centers. Service centers like this are going to doom the reputation of Samsung

Complain regarding SAMSUNG service centre

I have purchased for my mother one Samsung mobile handset on 18/10/2010 of model 1080 (IME 359750034526811) which started giving problem from july 2011. Suddenly the set became dead. I have visited Samsung service centre, 'MAHAMAYA COMMUNICATION' 291 Diamond Harbour Rd. Behala, Kolkata 700084 and given the set for servicing on 02.08.2010. The concerned technisian told me to contact them after five days. When I contacted them it was informed that the set will be replaced. From that day till now I have visited them several times but I am not getting my set. They even told me to complain whereever I feel like, but they cannot give me any assurances when I can get my handset. I am just surpriced to learn that a reputed company like SAMSUNG is having such a poor service centre. I am having my other cell phones and T.V. etc. all of SAMSUNG made Iam worried about their service also. If SAMSUNG cannot change a cheaper mobile handset like model 1080 which costs around Rs. 1150 only what will happen for other expensive products.

This to bring to your notice that i have lodged a complaint against login no. 08432387351, on Sunday 21/08/2011. a person visited and diagnosed the problem as my AC which was not able to cool, he diagnosed about the non availability of the gas in the compressor. He told me that another person would be visiting who would be filling the gas, i called up several times to the customer care which they promised i'll receive a call in another few hours for the development of my problem but to my surprise it was just a lie and nobody has turned back to me to resolve the problem. In fact once when i called to the customer care they told that my AC was send to the workshop for the required servicing, to my surprise my AC is still at my Home- GREAT SAMSUNG.
Is this is a way you people serve the problems of a consumer, i am sorry i would never go for any Samsung products in my life.

mobile having a SIM acceptance problem and gave me Bill no.4113139144 dtd.17/08/2011 and told me to find out after 3 days to find out the status.
In this regard i would like to inform you as follows;
1)Since the mobile set purchased from dealer is already defective so why should consumer suffer and has to use a repaired set if at all it is workable.
2)since the mobile set given/sold to me is defective and the cash taken in full and final does this not amount to cheating by Samsung India.
3)Till to date no call has been made or received from his mobile thereby confirming this phone to be company defective handset.

Samsung Air Conditioner service is pathetic

Hi,

This is my view on the samsung service.

My Air conditioner was not cooling and thus I requested for the service, the engineer came and just clamped some device and said that the gas is not present. I was surprised, the gas was refilled just three months back.

I called customer care and wanted to talk to some supervisor but evrytime I was told that they are busy and I will get a call back but there was no respone, this is very terrible.

then I decided to diagnose on my own and rectified the porblem, this is such a stupidity that the engineer did not even do the first step of diagnosis and just told that the gas was not present,

They just have intention to charge 1500/- from me.

Negligible satisfaction with product and PATHETIC service.

I bought a samsung galaxy s about 3 weeks back and there's a probelm with it's display; it's got a spot on the main display. the service centre ludhiana is proving to be of no help. On the first, it must be completely replaced. If not even so, the service center must have the decency to atleast look after the problem and need of the customer. They have been delaying the service for the entire week and its still not done. Moreover, the icing on the cake is that they hardly know anything about customer dealing, using irresponsible attitude and rude communication. Every time they have one excuse or the other and above that, even more annoying and rude behaviour and attitude. It's simply no help at all. samsung microwave service support

i purcahsed a samsung microwave C103FL-5 in May 2006. However it became unserviceable within 1 month of purchase; service engineer visited and changed the components. It took 5 days and nil expenditure. Then again it became unserviceable in Oct 2007. This time it was out of warranty so service engineer visited and fixed it. it took 7 days and 2500/-. After that it remained packed for 2 yrs as i am in transeferable job and did not had the opportunity to use microwave. I started using it in Aug 2010 is and now in jun 2011 it has again become unserviceable.
This time service engineer visited after 1 week of hectic calling to their call centre and local service centre. He went back stating few parts are needed. 1 week passed. Again after hectic calling of 1 more week another service engineer visited, checked it and told us Power Circuit Board and Membrane are needed but they are not available anywhere in India. If the purchase was within 5 yrs the samsung company provides a commercial solution, that is company will buy back your old microwave at a reduced cost; but since 5 yrs completed in May 2011 so i do not have that option. So i am stuck with an unserviceable microwave which i am reluctant to throw in a river and i do not know what to do with it. Lessons :
(i) After sales and support service is very important for any domestic electronic product and Samsung's after sales service is a big Joke.
(ii) While buying a microwave buy only the one with functions which u need. Do not unnecessarily buy one with all the functions because apart from the initial cost, later on u will pay to maintain it also.
(iii) If u r contemplating between LG and Samsung, go for LG just because of their unmatched after sales support.

samsung service is terribly bad. I am running after a camera which i gave 3 months ago in one of the service centers in bangalore. Still they havent return it. i call them every 3 days to hear that they wil cal me back with the status. then they will never call me. again i have to call them. Firstly, complaint was delayed to service center then service center service engineer came in 3 days and said he need to replace panel and again its 8 days now, they dont have courtesy to inform and when we called up they said panel not available, will take time. No sense of responsibility for clients for items under warranty.
A authorised service center says it dont have parts, why the hell have they opened it, I request Samsung either to shift our complaint to other service center, or do the needful soon.
We purchased machine in January 20010, within 2 years its panel has to be replaced is not at all digestible. This is really disappointing for a branded company like Samsung neglect after sale services to its customers.

AC Remote and touch pad

Hi,

This is the worst service I have seen so far in my life from any provider.
My AC remote and touch pad is not working, I have raised this issue with customer care in the month of April. One person came and told He will get it in two days. Nothing happened even after one month. Again I raised the issue with customer care and the same person came to home and told me te same story but never returned. Again I called customer care after 15 days and raised a complaint they said the problem will solve in 2 days but it is already one more month no response.
The height of this, whenever I called customer care no one respond properly and they say we will call you back in 1 hr but never did.

I will say that Samsung provides worst of the After Sales Sevice that any company can provide.
Even after calling several times just to install the LCD TV which they promise that it will be installed the very next morning of its purchase.
I called atleast 8 times, everytime i am getting the same answer Engineer is reaching you soon sir.
I really doubt the credibility of Samsung after sales service and its prodcuts now.
I wnt advice any of my friends now to have Samsung prodcuts.

Faulty Washing Machine and hopeless service

I had purchased Silver Wash Technology fully Automotic Washing Machine on 26th January 2011 from Vijay Sales. considering Samsung is well known brand and thinking it must be having good after sales services. Howver to my utter surprise the said machine stopped functiong very next day of its installation. When we called the service engineer he started giving instructions on the phone. Later the said machine was repaired at least 3 times in last 6 months and today it again stopped. COMPRESSOR OF AC

Washing Machine

I had purchased a Samsung washing machine WF8550 based on the assumption that the service would be good. I had contacted the customer care toll feel number and registered the complaint on 10/06/2011 and I received an SMS on 11/06/2011 at 11.30 that the service engineer would be visiting me today. The whole day is wasted and till now no intimation had been given that the engineer would not be visiting me. Anyway I have learned a lesson that the promises given by the franchisee in Kottayam are false since I had an experience recently for my LCD TV complaint. Since I did not get the response for the complaint I had taken Sony LCD TV by way of trade in and they came immediately for the installation and demonstration. I hope that Samsung India would take appropriate step to enhance the service, In case this is not going to happen then I would have to think of selling of even all Samsung products Refrigerator and air conditioners I am having in my flat.

Inordinate Delay in attending Service Request

Kindly note that its with deep regret I wish to inform you that your Service Personnel has still not come and sorted out the problem. Is One and Half months not enough for an esteemed organisation like Samsung to rectify a problem? Why such a delay? The greater agony is that there is no response whatsoever from your service team and its this nonchalant attitude of your organisation that is causing the agony. I have already explained to you in my below mail that I'm using my neighbors refrigerator to store the perishables and I cannot bring myself to continue doing this. I have in the bargain thrown out food which has decayed because the problem has not been sorted out for 1.5 months. They sent a Engineer on Tuesday 31/05/2011. The Engineer did wall mounting that day but unable to give a demo of that LED TV. Then he told us that the Audio In/Out device is damaged.( And the TV is also emitting Light From the bottom center of the TV because of this you can’t watch the picture of night shade clearly.) Then he told us to purchase Audio In/Out device from Patna. Then I call the Aditya Vision Showroom about this. Then they told me that lodge a complaint then Engineer will visit again within 2 days and change the device and give you a proper demo. So I did complaint, but still awaiting for the Engineer. Singh - 09334964640) but when they receive the call the only reply they convey us is that Right now we have no device whenever I receive the device then the Engineer will visit your site. Poor post sale service/ unfriendly customer care

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a samsung 1.5 ton window ac in 2007,after working first year fine it got a defect in 2008, the problem was gas leakage,after that it is continuous process and the it is having a worst service center setup. Recently I complained for the cooling problem in May 2011,The Engineers visited 2nd day and after two days they took the ac for servicing stating the gas leakage problem and after that I got a call from service center that instead of Rs.1500 there is expense of Rs. 1900, I said ok do it and after 3days the came back with the ac with informing me as I was not available at home they fitted the ac in front of my family member in hurriedly and took Rs.1711,and went back,and when we switch on the ac it was still not cooling and again we call the customer care after the complaint 2nd day the engineer visited and when he checked he said they forgot to fill the gas and no body visited for two days again I called the customer care and next day people came from service center and pickedup the AC ,the next day surprisingly I got a call from service center that we needed to change some part and I'll have to pay 1900 hundred more. When I said why did you not inform me when the AC was taken away first time for repairing in June-2011, he said either you pay otherwise we will return your ac with out repairing, after few minutes some other gentleman called saying sorry this call was not meant for you. In the evening they came with AC and after working 3 days again the AC stoped cooling, and on 25th I called the customer care again and on 25th the engineer visited and said there is a leakage problem again and on 26th the guys from service center visited and took the AC and surprisingly again on 27th June ,I got a call that we had to change some part and you have to pay Rs.2200 again. I questioned you people should have told me this thing when the AC was gone for the repairing first time in June 20011, I would have decided at that time whether I will repair this ac or buy a new, they are coming with new things on daily basis. This is enough,I have no option left as I am going to file a suit against the company in the court on the part of deficiency and harassing the customer. I have never seen such a ridiculous service center as we use various product of other companies. It has taken more than a month still the problem remains the same and the company is asking for money again and again I need your attention and intervention for the same.
