Replacement of damaged screen of of SAMSUNG Make Smart LED TV Mo

Dear Sir,

In context to the subject matter, it is matter of regret that local area Service Center is not responding regarding complaint of SAMSUNG Make Smart LED TV Model No. UA49N5370AUXXL SMART LED –HSN :8528 which was purchased ON dated 08th May 2019 through Sanket India Anand, Dist –Anand (Gujarat).

On my complaint of poor results of Smart TV , the concerned technician had attended the complaint on dated 18/10/2019 and taken a photo just after starting the TV & channel within 05 minutes after attending which was to show all is well & then TV made OFF/STOP.

Now just after few hours on the same day on 18/10/2019 after starting the TV, it was observed that black spot lining appears on the top of the started channel & hence by surfing the other channels the same black spot lining appears on all the channels. By observing the same as suggested by SAMSUNG Technician during his visit of dated 18/10/2019, I have taken the photograph of the same & was sent to the technician on his on WhatsApp Number.

Now on dated 19/10/2019 technician has visited & says that screen got damaged & need to replace at Customers cost. The same is not tolerable as the Photograph taken just after his visit of dated 18/10/2019 without checking reliable performance of the attended fault/defect is not the basis of correct fault analysis. He has to take Photogarph after atleast 30 minutes for ensuring the healthiness and reliability of the attended faults & subsequent the performance of SMART TV of SAMSON MAKE. It might be damaged due to fault of the SAMSUNG Technician and to hide his Mistake he is trying to throw the damage on Customer; which is not correct way as a entire part of SAMSUNG.

For your knowledge I have also used SAMSUNG make Refrigerator, Mobile M30 & this Smart LED TV but never faced such complaint with other equipment of SAMSUNG.

In view of above it is requested to look in to the matter to improve Market reputation & trust among the customers for SAMSUNG Product & arrange to replace the damaged screen (as stated/reported by SAMSUNG Technician) without bearing any cost on customer as I strongly believe that same is damaged during fault attending by SAMSUNG Technician.

Expecting prompt favorable action in the matter please.

Worst company ever! This company is such a fraud . When I purchased a TV they said they will send the wall mount and an engineer the next day to install the TV. It’s already 3 week s now since I purchased the TV and am still waiting for the TV to install.

I, Rajesh Kumar Joseph has purchased as samsung led tv which was delivered to me on August 18 2017. I was totally happy with the Tv. Suddenly 6 of September evening Tv got off, I don't know what then I have checked all the cables and points . Everything was correct only but Tv was not on, so I called your engineer. He also said the same things to do check all cables. After that He have check warranty and all. After all checks done finally he said sir your waarnty period got over by last month so you need to pay 299 for visiting cost after that if your gonna service you need to pay 1200 and spare cost.

I said ok and they send your service person Morning then he visit my home and checked my Tv and said sir you need to change board of your Tv that cost comes around 5000 i asked him 1st tell me that what happen for my tv suddenly he said again board problem so we need to change that.

I was not happy with that then I asked him this what your Samsung Tv quality?? Not even 14 months still I'm paying my emis for that now your saying need to change this..

He said sorry I'm not responsible person for that you can talk to Samsung head office . I said ok.

So now I'm asking you that sir, is that your Samsung Tv worth for only one year???

Because I didn't broken that Tv I didn't done anything wrong in that Tv then how come Board will go off??

Hance I receive call from helpline Yesterday, He said our person will call and updates things but so far I didn't receive any thing from your side.
Hance I asked for escalation Matrix and email id of your MD & CEO he bluntly told me that you can do that and will give it to me if you want.

I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.

Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which I made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

never buy samsung tv and other audio visual products they are so bad that they get damaged so frequently and if you are out of warranty once you are in a big trap according to me as i have purchased a led tv in 2015 now its warranty has been over now the first issue is that i have no message and call regarding increment of warranty period as other companies do and now if you want to call any engineer visit you have to pay around 1000 rupees as directed to me by samsung executives somits a big request for you all to please not buy samsung product at all for detailed view of my complaint i have made for arounf 10 to 11 times and still facing problems.
