Flask lost
Hi I just boarded the indigo flight from Chennai to Bombay(27th August 2026) and I realised I had left my flask at the airport lounge area. It was an expensive flask and I really need it back. Id like some assistance on talking to lost and found and getting it back as I'll be back on 28th August 2026. Please contact back as soon as possible.
Taxi pickup Horrific at Chennai Airport
I am a 58 Year old man with th a heart condition, after landing at Chennai International Airport, they made me walk for a kilometre with my luggage to get into a cab. There are no directions, it was very horrible and traumatic experience for me. I collapsed and then with great difficulty reached my cab. I request the airport authorities and civil aviation ministry to resolve this problem before somebody dies. Thank you.

I am Sudiksha Ghosh. I was traveling from Chennai to Delhi yesterday around 4o'clock and left my black sweatshirt at the airport by mistake. On the front of the hoodie it says, " Carmel" and on the back it says, "Batch of '19" in Riverdale font. It also has to white rings on the sleeves.

lost my apple ipad
Sir,
Yesterday(03/12/2019) I lost my apple iPad in airport..after hand luggage checking it was with me. When i was in flight only i came to know i didnt take my ipad.It is covered with black case..I left it in the shop which is near the esculator going to gate 15 and 16..
My flight number is SG3593...I travelled from Chennai to Tuticorin.

Lost mobile phone
I am writing this message on behalf my cousin brother sridhar narayan
We both travelled from chennai airport on 23 oct 2019 via spocejet SG 3469 to Hyderabad.
My cousin realised after boarding the flight that he must have forgotten to collect his phone apple iPhone during the security check.
We called the lost and found department after at hyderabad at around 12:00 am from Hyderabad and came to know that one black phone was found and handed to to lost and found department.
Request you to advise if there any missing phone found and if so who should we proceed further.

Left a bag of toys just Beside charging point in front of gate
I had purchased toys for my kid and while boarding just forgot to pick it.
It is an off white bag with a rectangular box of building toys inside it.
It also has some mini trucks inside.
I had promised my child to get these on the condition that behaves like a good boy while I travel for work.
While boarding from gate 14, I kept it on the floor just beside the charging point in front of gate 14.
My flight is 6E 6173 from Chennai to Hyderabad and then to Jaipur.

Trying to locate my lost luggage

I am writing on behalf of my family (booking no RUUMWV) traveled on IX-688 from Chennai 05:30 29 June 2019. We didn't get one of our luggage checked in in Chennai Airport.
Would like to work with you to find my missing bag.. how should we proceed from here.

Stolen suit from my checked in bag
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report an incident of stolen suit off my checked in luggage. I was traveling from Ottawa to Chennai and landed in Chennai Via BA 035 flight on 15th May 2019 at approximately 5:30 am. I picked up both my checked in luggage. They both looked untampered. yet when I arrived at my home in Chennai, I discovered that my suit was missing from inside one of the checked in luggage. It was in a suit bag and placed on top layer. Could you kindly look into this matter and advice me what to do to file a complaint.
