Heartless Hostess - NURAZIAH

Heartless human being - Ms. NURAZIAH. I was suffering from fever and severe cough and while boarding I requested for hot water to take medicine. More than half an hour she delayed, then saying seat belt sign is on. Even after it went off, inspite of repeated requests, she didn't give me saying she is doing her job. Is this a hostess are being trained and service to customer on board.

Now I am at hospital in Kochi attending to my illness. I need a very serious action against the hostess for deficiency in a basic humanitarian service at time of medical emergency. An immediate attention is required for this regular flyer in your airlines failing which I will escalate to authorities concerned to seek Justice and such inhuman act not repeated by your staff

Transit Visa Inquiry Short Layover only

We have a flight from Bali going towards Mumbai but we have a transit layover of 4:30 mins at Malaysia KLIA on 30th Aug 2019 we will be flying the same day

We are taking a flight from Malindo Air both sector that is Bali -- Kul -- Mumbai and It is arriving and departing from the same Airport that is : KLIA (Terminal M) Using two Different PNRs

We wish to know do we required a transit visa ?

We heard that if the layover is within 120 Hours we can get TWA (Transit without Visa) Is it true ?

Kindly let us know on the same as we have a concern Note we are Indian Citizen

Irritating experience in Malindo flight

Myself Sanjay S Satalkar & my wife Anupama Satalkar, both 67 years old, traveled from Bali to Kaulalumpur on 30th June 2019 by flight OD 305 of Malindo Air, our seat nos.were 30A and 30B respectively. I have following complaints to lodge about the journey. 1)We both are vegetarians. We were NOT served with vegetarian meals which were pre-specified at the time of booking. The crew told that veg.meals were over. They asked us to eat non-veg. food, which we refused. Then we were told to BUY some vegetarian items. 2) My wife, Anupama was sick during the flight with perspiration, heavy giddiness and shivering. NO ASSISTANCE was provided by the crew on requesting them to give her a blanket. I was told to BUY a blanket by paying local currency in ringets only. I paid 25 ringets for it. NO receipt was given to me for this purchase. 3) I asked the crew for a wheel chair for my wife at Kaulalumpur air port. I was asked to pay 50 ringets for it. I paid it as my wife was terribly sick. Again,NO receipt was given to me for this payment too. I paid n toto, 75 ringets for blanket and wheel chair, without getting any food.
I strongly condemn this troublesome torturing experience we had in the flight and claim a compensation of 500USD in lieu of the torture. Kindly send me the same by an international demand draft immediately. I further state that you should take a very serious note of these events and ensure NOT to repeat with passengers in future.
