I have lodged two luggage in Indigo flight Mumbai to visakhapatnam via Bengaluru for flight no.6E5287 - 6E6366 from Mumbai to visakhapatnam via bengaluru on 04/10/2022.
Though I have received one luggage out of two ,one was missing. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes ,I have enquired from customer luggage counter of Indigo - visakhapatnam.
Staffs on duty calling not proper response change of staff again asking from starting information from me. I have given missing baggage what was items in that, still reply same contacting BLR airport awaiting. Anyway Iam illtreated at your customer luggage counter in Mumbai / BLR / VTZ Airport.
I have provided me a copy of boarding pass, address proof, traveling ticket. told by reply by e-mail and Iam awaiting for its response.
Then I have contacted with Head office customer care number and they have responded very well with courtesy.
Now Iam waiting for any information for our missing luggage.
Hope for early solution.

Today everybodyis aware, what is happening around the world due to covid-19.We do understand that you guys have more incoming calls but that does not mean you will charge your customers if you are not capable of handling these many customer queries. I have been trying to reach out to you guys since last 4 days, please check your call and chat records if you have a set mechanism to check, but could not connect.

Today also after waiting for 17 minutes, I could connect with CS associate who hung up on me. Again tried calling, and then you guys will say 72 hours crossed.I need to reschedule my flight due to the same health reasons and will be travelling in the month of April. However, I am not able to reach out to your customer service.

I am not going to pay a penny for rescheduling my flight.Its because of your incapablitiy to deal with customer queries , you cant held me responsinble for same.

Please reach out to me asap.

indigo must change flight timing morning at 9.00 am m from Jammu to Srinagar and for evening at 6.00 pm from Srinagar so that office goer can avail the facility

I am a regular national & international traveller. I often take Indigo flight. Recently I travelled in Indigo flight 6E 366 - Mumbai-Hyderabad departing Mumbai at 8.30 am on 3.5.19 . My seat No. was 2A.

During this travel I misplaced/forgot my reading glass. I realised this when I had already checked out of the airport at Hyderabad. I request you to kindly let me know if there is any way to locate. If so how do I go about and who should contact.

I am a international passenger and extremely pissed at the way Indigo handles baggage for there passengers. I was travelling from Kolkata to Vadodara on February 9th, 2019 via Hydrebad. On reaching Hydrebad I came to know that the flight got cancelled to Vadodara which was on Sunday February 10th which is a usual affair as a few passengers had been complaining at the counter that the Sunday flight always gets cancelled between Hydrebad-Vadodara sector. I was re-routed from Hydrebad - Delhi - Vadodara after repeated request with the Indigo Staff at the airport to fly the same day. When I reached Vadodara to my surprise the checked-in baggage’s did not turn up. I immediately complained the Indigo staff at the Vadodara Airport about the mishandled baggage on February 10th at 3:45 pm who promised that I will receive the baggage’s the same day. It has been almost 18 hours since then with absolutely no information from Indigo. Is this the kind of customer service we expect with no sense of ungency or decency to update the customer??

After my latest experience, I’d rather walk to my destination than fly with IndiGo. I can't forget my horrific experience on my Indigo 6E-237 Jaipur-Kolkata flight. Midway through the flight, the whole plane filled up with smoke. Through the smoke and the smell, breathing became difficult. The passengers had a lot of trouble, especially small kids and elderly. But the crew had no answers. What is more alarming, even the oxygen masks didn’t open. Upon spending painful 30-35 minutes, as the flight landed in Kolkata I asked crew to help me get out from the flight from the crew but they didn't. They didn’t provide any instructions to deboard/how to get out since smoke was completely filled inside the cabin before landing and the rear gates couldn’t be opened due to the smoke. In the end, emergency exit had to be used. Going forward, I will never think of boarding INDIGO again ever!! We later learned that this is Indigo’s new Airbus plane, which should be a big worry for everyone. If you really value your life stay away from Indigo. I discourage anyone else from flying Indigo. You don’t spend your hard earned money to see a near death flight experience! Do not go for Indigo flights.

Faced a very bad experience on the Indigo Jaipur-Kolkata flight. Everyone on board the Jaipur to Kolkata Indigo 6E-237 flight had a narrow escape with death. The cabin started filling up with smoke, which made breathing difficult. The horrible part was no oxygen masks got deployed down. Adding more to chaos, the crew was falling short of supplying handheld oxygen cylinders to passengers who were finding it difficult to breathe. All the passengers feared for their lives since the smoke kept filling up the cabin. Seeing such a dire incident in the flight, I was constantly praying to God to help us land safe so I could see my parents and grandparents at a family event for which I was traveling to Kolkata. Somehow 30 dreadful minutes passed in flight and as the flight neared the airport, the smoke in the cabin had already swallowed-up all the visibility in the cabin of the Indigo flight and many of us had reconciled to our fate! Now at this time, already some passengers were running out of breath. Finally, the flight landed but that was not the end of the torturing onboard experience. We were forced to exit in a haphazard manner without proper assistance. Everyone was pushing hard for their lives and now the crew had totally lost the chance to accommodate exit in a safe manner since they were busy on their own. Running down the cabin we came down through the chute in the emergency exit at the back of the aircraft. Due to this I and one of my family members got some bruises and scratches all over the body. I know this was Indigo's new Airbus aircraft but I’m sure this was my last experience flying in it. Goodbye Indigo, friends do not ever think of Indigo again to fly. I would request to refrain flying Indigo if you really value your money, life, and family.

I had travelled by 6E-QMTB9B on 19/20 Dec I had given this feedback. We were assured resolution within 48 hours. A whole week has passed but no resolution or action in seen.
" We had a horrible experience with your flight. We three were carrying 3 hand bags weighing less than 7 kg each. We were not allowed to take our hand bags saying no enough space
Further I would like to register that the hand baggages which we were forced to send in cargo got damaged which you must compensate.
Also the food items were not available in sufficient quantity, and the food we had brought in hand baggage were sent in the cargo so we had to travel hungry."

Name change should an option in Web Check-in

I was travelling today from chandigarh airport to Kolkata directly but when I reach the airport I receive the msg that flight has been delayed by 5 hours.is this the service you are giving to your customers.its really annoying.you must inform the customers in advance.i am a businessman and it was my business trip and I will reach Kolkata so late that no market will be open.my whole day is wasted and huge loss to my business.i talked to the ground team they said there is a connecting flight from chandigarh to Mumbai and i will Kolkata at 10.00.Really it's the most terrible experience with indigo and I want compensation of my money.else i will go to consumer court .In future no bookings with indigo now.

I was traveling by flight 6E 352 on 17th September 2018 on seat 24E. Accidentally some hot tea got spilt on me and as I jerked my foot sideways, the rod of seat support gave me bad cut on the right foot small finger. Pl do something about the sharp metal rods near the seats

My Name is Lav kumar i travelled with you on 25 August 2018 from Bom to Rpr flight 6E 801 , i have booked my ticket on airport reservation only at indigo resrvations counter, My booking reference no is UI6KSQ. My amount of rs 15,284 was deducted twice for one seat 30 D. As your edc machine was having some issue your ground staff told me that my money will be transferred back within 24 hrs , but still i didnot recived my money.

I WILL NEVER BOOK INDIGO FLIGHT IN MY LIFE AND TELL OTHERS NOT TO BOOK THIS BAD SERVICES FLIGHT......I WILL TELL U WHY......ACTUALLY WE BOOKED WHEEL CHAIR IN FLIGHT FOR MY MOTHER ...SHE HAS LEG PROBLEM ...SEVERE PAIN IN THE LOWER LIMB...SO WE BOOKED....SHE GOT SERVICE IN CHD AIRPORT ...BUT WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT TO DEBOARD FROM PLANE IN DUBAI AIRPORT.TERMINAL 1 & ASKED FOR WHEEL CHAIR.........THEN .THE AIRHOSTESS TOLD MY MOTHER...YOU WILL GET IT DOWN THE STAIRS ,....BUT THERE WAS NO WHEEL CHAIR AND THE BUS WAS THERE TO TAKE PASSENGER TO METRO TRAIN SECTION....SHE WAS SURPRISED ...AND SHE WAS NOT GETTING ANY STAFF TO TALK ...DOWN THE STAIRS....HOW DISGUSTING...THERE ARE THE LIARS ....SHE WALKED ALL THE WAY FROM BUS THEN TRAIN THEIN AIRPORT...TILL THE BAGGAAGE WITH SEVERE LEG PAIN ...BUT NOBODY HELPED HER.....ALMIGHTY IS WATCHING ALL THIS WHAT U PEOPLE HAD DONE TO MY MOTHER......I WILL NEVER BOOK UR TICKET.

I am a super senior citizen of 85 years & have been travelling by Indigo airlines frequently.
Recently, on 15 June,2018 I booked my tickets for myself & my wife for Lucknow- New Delhi for 29th July,2018 & return journey for 30th July,2018. The bookings were made through IRCTC & payments for the tickets were made through SBI Netbanking.The PNR for the onward journey was QYC3WI & for the return journey was DY3S9S.However, due to some unforeseen circumstances including a medical condition we are now unable to take on the above journeys & are forced to cancel these tickets.
Considering my age & circumstances I shall be grateful if the amount spent by us in purchasing the above tickets are kindly refunded to me as a special case.

You are being requested to let us inform well in advance in case of any kind cancellation or re-scheduling of your said flight and if any such things happen you should be liable to arrange for any separate prior or late night flight upto Delhi just to catch the 19.5.18 early morning ( 7 am) flight from Delhi itself

My father boarded flight no. 6E3906 on 12 Feb 18 from Gau Del 1325 hrs and his jacket red and black reversible was been stolen in between the journey grom Gau or Del.Kindly do the needful to find the jacket and stop these type of instances further.

I found the indigo application impossible to work with. Why don't you put in a proper app. so that our time is not wasted. It is exasperating to work with it.

I am a regular customer of Indigo Del- Dibrugarh flight. i have been travelling since the last 7 years. I have a severe problem with the ground staff at the dibrugarh airport. There is a lady with a round face, she is always so rude to people, she never pays interest to my preferences, as its a 4 hours flight i don’t like the emergency window seat, but she never relies properly. Moreover when i board from the delhi airport , the staff here in Delhi never checks the weight of the hand baggage, so i am always in a notion that 10 kg is allowed, Infact no other airlines ever check the weight of hand baggage, just that its not a huge bag is enough. But this women in dibrugarh harrassed me like anything. She insisted that i cannot take more than 7 kg , and i didnt have space in the luggage bag to shift my stuff. If there is a rule about this that more than 7kg is not allowed than i would request all airlies to do the same in all airports, but when one ground staff in a small airport like dibrugarh in Assam behaves like this than it becomes very irritating, because we people in metros keep travelling in so many airlines and to Mumbai and Bangalore frequently, but have never faced such rules and behaviors from the ground staff. If this is the case than next time i travel to my hometown i would prefer a jet flight which also gives service than facing this women again. Moreover the last time i was flying to Bangalore my luggage was 20.5 kg , but the staff here in Delhi was very sweet to me and did not demand for money, but the ground staff in Dibrugarh , takes money each and every time even of the luggage is 21 kg, i have myself seen many customers paying extra 100- 900 rs to the ground staff there. I don’t know how does Indigo manages its staff, but why is it that only this small airport and the staff there has been taking money from passengers whereas the metro city airports don't do so. Please look into this matter seriously. I am very happy with the service of Indigo otherwise, i want to continue with it, but I would request , that someone please take care of the ground staff in Dibrugharh, Assam.

Sir,
Being aggrieved and deeply pained with un-human and in-descent attitude of INDIGO staffer namely Ms. Manju Shree at Bangalore Airport, resulting considerable financial losses besides mental agony, I would like to bring to your notice, the unpleasant instance of 12th Aug, 2011.

I had purchased confirmed Tickets having Ticket No.- JF7QLP for air-journey on 12th Aug, 2011 from Bangalore to New Delhi by Flight No. 6E-122 . I reached to the airport at 15:45 hours. It was a long queue on an Indigo counter. So i directly reached to Ms. Manju Shree at 1600 Hrs and she informed me to be in queue. When I personally visited Indigo Counter and enquired, the staff straight away informed me that now I can’t board the flight, I informed them that I reached on time and was waiting for my turn on the counter. Ms Manju Shree she laughed at me and she did't reply for the same and asked me to meet Mr Alexender on the other counter. I reached to Mr. Alexender and informed him that i reached on time but Ms Manju Shree asked me to be in Queue and when Mr Alexender tried to confirm the same from her she refused in front of me stating that she didn't share any conversation regarding the same. He said “We had made the announcement & you missed it so we can’t help, now you can’t board the flight.”. I requested him if he can do something about it because it was very important for me to reach Delhi anyhow on the same day, for my own engagement. After my pleading in front of him he recommended me to board a flight for other day 13th Aug 2011 by paying Rs.12000. He recommended the same on my ticket and the time after the entire argument which he has mentioned is 16:29 Hrs (Scanned copy of the same is attached for your reference) I proposed 2 options, as under:

1. To cancel both the tickets and give me Full Refund.
2. To accommodate me in the late evening flight on same day from Bangalore to Delhi.

The first option, was straightly refused by giving some flimsy excuses, for second, The staff insisted me to pay an extra amount of Rs. 12000.00 for no fault of mine. The earlier Tickets had cost me Rs.3600. Besides all the money loss I postponed my engagement date and canceled all the venues and other expenses gone in vain which I made for the day.

Further it was also obligatory for INDIGO, which is airline of Repute to arrange my Boarding at Bangalore as is being done by other Air-lines. But Indigo did not arrange it.

Hope you will understand the issue in its right spirit. You are requested to kindly refund my money or issue me a ticket for my next date of engagement, travel or a ticket voucher in lieu of the above mentioned ticket in order to restrain me from taking a legal stand against your airline.
I, further like to bring to your notice, that in case of no satisfactory action from your side, I may be forced to approach Hon. Minister for Civil Aviation Mr. Vyalar Ravi as well as to bring the instance to notice of Press and other air-lines also
