I have lost 1499 Rs on two consecutive days Novi Digital Entertainment Pvt ltd. They deducted this amount on 13th Nov and 14th November from my account directly. I was travelling from Delhi to Bangalore. No permission was triggered from the company's end. I just cancelled the auto payment after losing 3000 rupees in two days. I never even initiated this payment or availed any service from your company. I worry about people who get conned for even bigger amounts by vulturous practices like this from a company posing as an entertainment platform.
