I had this app free download with my Airtel Recharge , and free streaming also facilitated, I had hardly time to watch movies and matches as have been busy all day since last ten years. This App JioHotstar supplementary entered in my gadget with free streaming, but today it charged me 299/- Rupees without my permission, may be it is subscription without customer's permission, I don't want any subscription, please return my 299/- Rupees and delet my account as I had Uninstalled the App

I just payed 299 but still my subscription is not working. Very bad customer service tried calling them bht their number was invalid.

I have lost 1499 Rs on two consecutive days Novi Digital Entertainment Pvt ltd. They deducted this amount on 13th Nov and 14th November from my account directly. I was travelling from Delhi to Bangalore. No permission was triggered from the company's end. I just cancelled the auto payment after losing 3000 rupees in two days. I never even initiated this payment or availed any service from your company. I worry about people who get conned for even bigger amounts by vulturous practices like this from a company posing as an entertainment platform.

To: NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED But when I login and Trying to see a movie, it was

rejected and remembered me to renew the subscription. Without verifying my

previous renewal date, I had paid Rs.899/- TO: DISNEY HOTSTAR, 19 May 2024,
