Hi this is pankaj kumar shau, I am a hotstar customer even I subscribed hotstar as well with subscribe Amount 399 but i am unable to access hotstar premium I don't know why it is happening and one more thing before subscribe all sports chennal i could see but after subscribe I could not see any live sports in sports chennel so kindly check and revert back to me why I am not able to access.
