I have not recharge my hotstar account on 20-09-2021 with Rs.499/- through my credit card through auto recharge and debited Rs. 499/- without OTP(auto-debit) when ask credit card department(bank) they were saying your merchant (hotstar) has redebited but without informing me r asking for any OTP how come it is done this is actually a fraud even though amount sound small Rs499/- but it's my hard earned money and why someone would steal it from me its pathetic and if it's done from hotstar please return my money back to my account.

Priority high: My remaining hotstar subscription

Dear Hotstar team,

I am a subscribed member of hotstar in USA. I recently got an email that hotstar service in USA is deactivating and got a coupon code to continue my subscription through hulu for the remaining period of my subscription (that is April 2022). I used that coupon to activate my membership with hulu but somehow I see it got cancelled and if I resubscribe, it asks me to pay. Can you please look into this issue at a high priority as I am missing out watching hotstar content while I have still paid.

Login Issue

When I open my Hotstar today, it shows an error stating "Hotstar Thinks you are travelling, Click Ok to Continue", When I clicked Ok..My Hotstar account got automatically signed out. I Tried to Relogin, But Country Code was showing +65 instead of +91.

We never subscribed for Hotstar, but without any permission or OTP verification, money is getting debited from our bank account automatically. When trying to login to Hotstar, it is not allowing us to enter saying it is locked. Kindly look into this matter seriously and refund the money.
