Failure of Subscription Renewal and Refund of Money

I tried to renew my yearly premium subscription for Hotstar. 1499 rupees have been deducted from my account, but the transaction showed as failed on Hotstar. My membership didn't get renewed, and my money got deducted.

Please advise on how to get this refund, in order to attempt the renewal of the subscription again.

I Moved out of India for sometime, I had subscription in phone. Every month, they are looting with the debit card, and can't view it outside of country too. No way to contact them or no way to find it unsubscribe it as the account logged fails says, no ID found in the new server.

Pathetic Service of Disney Hostar

I mailed you people since 2nd Feb 2023 in order to cancel my subscription of Rs 149 and i have provided you all the details which was required from your end i.e. my mail id, my phone number, my card 1st 6 digit and last 4 digit too but till date the situation is as same as it was earlier.

Dissatisfied and disappointed customer of Disney Hotstar. Trust me I will never ever recommend anyone for using your subscription and never recommend anyone to watch Disney Hotstar.

Your services are really pathetic and unbelievable to see your poor customer handling. Today I came to know that your team is so helpless in order to resolve a customer issue since 2 weeks.

You team is good for nothing. Shame on you people.
