American Disney+ shift

Hi,
I bought a Disney+ yearly subscription in USA in Oct-Nov of 2021 and am now unable to access it from India after having moved here a couple months back. Please either help me convert that to a Disney+ India (or Disney+ Hotstar subscription), give me access to the original subscription from my current location in India, or refund the amount for the remaining duration. It's fine if I only get access to Disney+ content and not to Hotstar titles. Any help is much appreciated as I've already tried everything I could think of.
PS: VPN is not an option since it comes with a significant reduction in speed due to re-routing as well as a sizable monthly cost.
