I tried to change mobile number, so while logging verification code was requested. But i not recieved code. so not able to login. I tried many times to resend and changed even mobile number. How to delete my IRCTC Account ? the reason of deleting it is becoz
I've forgotten my password of IRCTC & the Registration E-mail
associated with it has been expired .

The only thing I remember about my account is my user id, Security Answer and
my mobile number and Using this information can I retrieve my password
of my IRCTC Account?

If I try to freshly register with the IRCTC , one has to go for a new
registered Mobile Number and a New E-mail ID every time .The IRCTC
does not register the same Mobile number or the same E-mail for a new
registeration .What an inefficient act of the IRCTC online
system ? Isn't it, Sir ?

I made 3 tickets on 26th Feb 2012 from New Delhi to Jammu, the Train no- 12425 in Jammu Rajdhani in 1st class A.C,@ Rs- 5745/, 2 Tickets are conformed and 1 was not conformed when we entered into the train their auto generated announced that those who don’t have conformation ticket please get down from the Train, when we asked T.T to arrange some seat, he said I cant do for 1st A.C listen the announcement and do that. And 1 passenger was getting down the very same time. After 3-4 days when we called the Customer care for refund the money, one of an executive said that within 7 days you will get your refund Amount back. We waited for 1 month and on April 7th personally I visited IRTC’ computer internet reservation center and there I meet with Sanjay the (supervisor of I-reservation) he said me we need “TDR/TTE Certificate” and this certificate will be provided by T.T, but when we get into the Train there was no announcement like TDR/TTE Certificate, Also when we asked T.T to arrange a seat he also not said about TDR/TTE Certificate, After lot of arguments the supervisor of I-reservation assured me that he is going to send my complaint to higher authority and within 6months I’ll get my refund back. But to day I got an e-mail from TDR TEAM that;
“Dear Customer,
With Reference to your PNR No:2431564524, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : DNR100412V03625 and the reason being : 'Failed to collect TDR/TTE Certificate/GC' .”
Kindly return my money.

I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to REWA on 30/8/2012.The amount Rs.2206 was deducted from my A/C.But no ticket was booed and no history was displayed on your IRCTC site. Please refund my money as soon as possible .

no refund on cancelation of by ticket

i have booked ticket from mumbai central to ahmedabad from irctc site on 8th august due on some work i cancelled the ticket on the same day that is 8 th august but today it is 21st i went to bank today and there i came to know that yet my money is not refunded or deposited in my account my pnr number for ticket was 8105014132 plz do a needful to refund the money as fast as possible

Money not refuded after cancillation of ticket

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I have cancelled my ticket from MMR to CNB on date 11/08/2012 and i have received a message from IRCTC that your ticket has been cancelled and amount 4690/- will be refunded in your account bt till now i have not received my money in account. I have called customer care numbers of IRCTC but there is not any response,after that i have called at registered office of IRCTC but they did not picked my call.
SO kindly tell me whats the exact problem and what will be the decision of IRCTC or i have to get help of CONSUMER FORUM.

By using my PNB BANK Debit Card on 17th August , 2012 ,
payment of Rs 1525 is deducted on IRCTC approved site for Booking of Trin Ticket from NZM ( Nizamudeen ) to BCT ( Mumbay Centerl ) by Trin 12954/AG Kranti Rajdhani on 25th August, 2012 . for my Brother Tirth Singh to go Bombay

But , no ticket or mail issued in acceptance of money .
I need my money back to my Card .
No customer care contacts available , always busy .
Please advise how to get back my money , spent like a fool .

Promise next , will never work on irctc, worthless site .

Hi,

I need a confirmation regarding RAC confirmed ticket.
PNR no : 444 - 3696096

I made a booking of 2 seats of 3AC while it was waiting 12/13 in (Prasanthi exp - 18464)
(Age - 65 & 50) - senior citizen
Now it got confirmed but no berth allocated.
Is there a chance of getting Lower berth while chart is prepared as they are senior citizen.

Didnt Got ETicket After Successful Payment

I tried to book Tatkal on E-Ticket 14 aug 12 from Habibganj to Sevagram for journey date 16 Aug 12. Even successful payment transaction (Rs. 600) from my SBI Net banking, I unable to got my E-Ticket.
