How to get my tickets it's done or not

I make a new account in irctc,the account was completely done but when i am confirm a account they not accept the "OTP"..why??

I have used IRCTC mobile app for booking Tatkal ticket on 14-Jun-2018 and my user id for IRCTC is "surendrays" and my email address is "ysurendra [at] yahoo [dot] com". When I tried to book Tatkal ticket on 14-Jun-2018 amount is debited from my ICICI savings account but ticket is not booked. I wrote so many mails to IRCTC customer care regarding the issue and no use with getting no use replies from them and still date amount is not credited back to my account. I am really fed up with this system of railways. They just simply debited amount from my account and no ticket booking and not returning the money also. What we need to do these guys I don't know. Posting complaint here hoping atleast some one in this IRCTC will work. Attaching imaging which gives the debit transaction from my ICICI account.

My IRCTC account got suspended and i sent mail to care [at] irctc [dot] co [dot] in long back and called many times. but till now not received any response from irctc care.
Kindly guide me to get the account activate back.

I was collect a railway ticket by SBI debit card and after some day I was cancelled my ticket but the counter ECRC
Was say refund amount will be credit to my card but after 48 hours spent I don't
Recived any amount to my SBI card.
So please suggest to me what can I do to refund the Mony from railway.

I have booked tickets from Kolkata to Kumardubi and back and paide through credit card Rs 505 for each booking has been detected but I have received only one ticket from kumardubi to Kolkata and Kolkata to kumardubi ticket is not revived and amount was detected from my account transaction ID is 085941. I have discussed with customer care of bank and they told that amount had been detected from account . I have call many time but will unable to connect with railway so please do help either cancelled my ticket and transfer the many in my account or cleared my booking status.

IRCTC aur indian railway ke dwara jati Kiya Gaya koi bhi Naya ya purana no par call karne nahi lagta hai. Indian railway itana ghatiya hoga ye ummid nahi thi. Mujhe meri ticket ki detail nahi mil par Rahi hai inquiri ke liye subah se call kar Raha hu par koi no lagta hi nahi hai.139 par bhi Graham sewa Adhikari se baat karne ka koi vikalp nahi mil pa Raha hai. Paise to ye pahale le lete hai. Par costmer support me inki fatati hai

On 25.04.18 I have gone to IRCTC canteen at ALUVA in kerala.The time was 2.10 PM. The counter staff cheaper said normal meals not available costing RS 35 but only Biriyani which cost more only is available. I want to know if there is any timing for serving lunch or is it as per the liking of cobtractor. His name is Mustafa.

Recently I just open the my IRCTC account and I have the username & password, but the problem is that once I login the account, they show the mobile verification and email verification pop-up and I done the both this verification completed with the help of OTP.
So again an again they show this verification pop-up..And i urgently required the train reservation ...So please help that issue...
