Refund/Cancellation

• In case, amount debited from account and ticket not issued, the entire fare and IRCTC
  convenience fee electronically will be refunded, except the bank/card transaction charges.
• E-tickets shall be cancelled online and refund should be credited to the account from which
  booking transaction took place, after deducting the applicable charges.
• In case of i-tickets, the ticket shall be cancelled at the reservation counter and later on online
  application, refund shall be credited to the account from which booking transaction took place.
• No refund shall be credited on confirmed reservation, in case ticket not cancelled or TDR
  not filed online upto four hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
• In case of wait-listed e-tickets on which passenger is on waiting list even after preparation of
  chart, refund shall be credited to the account from which booking transaction took place
  after deducting clerkage.
