I found some fake TCs in tran Kharagpur - Ranchi MEMU at Bishnupur Junction at 6:40 AM on 15th March, 2019. When I asked them about their identity cards ( IDs ), they sold that they will not show their ID proofs and do whatever I could.

When I enquired about them from the general monthly going passenger, they told me that they are used to see them, which only means that they are looting the passenger everyday.

So I Request The Respective Officers To Enquire The Matter Once.

My name is Muthu ganapathy from chennai.Last monday(04/02/2019) i have to booking 5 SL tickets for a date 19/04/2019 from chennai egmore to tuticorn in IRCTC app.i have fill the passenger details and proceed to payment of Rs.1927.45 for 5 tickets.i have using google pay account for the payment on IRCTCC account.In my google account payment will be debit of Rs.1927.45 but in IRCTC app my ticket is not booking but amount will be debit in my account.so please clarified the detials of my request.plz refund the amount.
