I have booked 04 seats namely GNWL45,46,47 & 48 IN AC 3 -TIER

To day I booked ticket in 3A for 2 persons from Kanpur to Anand Vihar for 1st. of may'2013 in Rewa Exp. train no. 12428 using E booking. A amount of Rs.953/- was paid through Debit Card and the same was deducted from my account but the ticket was not generated. When I checked up the failed history it says"money not received from bank" where as the money has already been deducted. Tran. ID is 0622270449

Dear IRCTC,

While doing reservation in 12246 (Durontho Exp.)from YPR to HWH on 08.01.2013 fare of 790/-.
All the formalities are complted but when onfirmed the ticket in online SBI net Banking in my Account 790/- Rs. had been deducted but still i did not got ticket details in SMS & E-Mail also due to network problem on 25.12.2012. kindly notify & please transfer back my Rs. 790/- to my SBI account since its already debited to IRCTC account my transaction ID is 0613460912.
