I am writing to you today regarding a recent transaction I made through Cred for an education payment.(UTR NO - YESB4086557xxxx)

As a valued customer of Cred for the past three years, I have always appreciated the convenience and efficiency your platform provides. However, I encountered an issue with a recent transaction due to a small mistake in the account number provided.

Unfortunately, the payment was sent to the incorrect account. Given the urgency of the matter and the importance of the payment for educational purposes, I urgently request your assistance in reversing the payment as soon as possible.

I understand that errors can occur, and I trust in Cred's commitment to customer satisfaction. Therefore, I kindly demand that the payment be reversed promptly to ensure that the funds are directed to the correct account without delay.

I am using cred application, It is very useful for me, all the payments of credit card done by cred app and It is also very useful to cash withdrawal by the Get Money option and I was also using this in past and present, all the installments being done in timely by me by the cred application, but I didn't about what is the matter happened, Get money option is not displaying in the Cred app.

I want to pay some installments to you of my cred loan app and after this I want to withdraw some amount for my personal use.

So you are requested to please help me, How can the option come back in my cred app.

CRED- Damanged Products delivered

Hi,

I have received damaged products - 4 Coffee Jars from the CRED. Part of long term member of CRED I have received 2300 to 2400 discounts on this order.

I have called customer service and they requested we don’t have return or replacement policy even if products broken by their distributor and I am losing my benefits of discount.

The vendor or distributor of CRED done customer has faced the problem of waiting for refunds.

The customer not order for refund but they would like to use quality of products with good offer price.

It seems CRED share false offer on their site and they can’t afford the given discount to customer and sending broken products.

Please raise this concern, in retail industry those who selling food products, any damages occurred by the companies vendor or distributor, company should send replacement with same discount.

CRED customer service told they done have policy to send replacement or return.

Please raise this concern further.

31st October I paid my Electric bill 3148 rs which was cancelled . After that in my cred app I got a notification that the payment would be credited to my card by 10 th November in between 5 working days. But yesterday (10th November) it is showing that the amount will be credited to my account on 17th November & got an email where they said that

"We would also like to inform you that the first payment for "West Bengal Electricity (WBSEDCL)" of Rs.₹3,148/- made on "31 Oct '22" with order id "NG4QRG3Y83D" was failed. Hence, we have processed the refund for the same to your source account.

The same will get reflected in your account within 5-7 working days for credit card payment."

But did not refund my money back .That means either they did not know that yesterday it was 10th November or intentionally avoiding this situation. I wrote a comment here yesterday that was also deleted

With reference to the above subject line, I would like to attract your kind attention that on 31st Oct, I tried to complete the credit payment with the CRED application, but the amount has been debited from Bank & till now not yet been refunded back.

And when I chatted with customer care he asked to archive my card and add it again.
After that I am not able to connect with customer care and my old records are gone from that card on cred.

It seems amount is stuck with cred. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.
