I have initiated a rent payment transaction from my credit card. However payment is not credited to my landlord's account yet. It's been more than 72 hours now.

Cred is using our money for more than 3 days. And they don't even have customer support over phone. No proper customer support channel

I have done transaction as on 26th May for my ICICI credit card Amount of Rs 1399 But in my UPI account Rs4398 debited and only Rs 1399 credited in credit card account requesting you to pls check and help in this regards

Unable yo reactivate my account nor am I able yo contact anyone, nor do you people have the courtesy to reply to emails, what is your grievances officer doing and where is your support team?

I completed to axis bankers he told amount transfer is successfully he told you ask to CRED Department.

Hi I have been chasing CRED on grievance email but to no avail. The amount is big and they are just relaxing as if it is part of their design. The bank is also screaming at me for a keeping negative balance in the savings account. Plus Credit card company chasing me for payment. The overall total mess created by CRED with not a single person responding to all my emails. They claim they called me but that is about it..

Can any anybody else resolve the issue for me..

As on date 15.04.2022, I was made payment Rs.19,987.00 to make payment of my credit card vide order id PRJ06WJ4E4YW. I have received a message that it failed. but at the same time the amount was debited from my bank, it did not hit my credit card. My payment is stuck.
Please revert me at earliest.

as on date 30.03.2022 I was made payment rupees 1909.00 to make payment of my credit card vide your application but i have received that it was failed but same amount debited from my bank, it was not hit to my credit card so when I will get back my debited amount.

I paid SBI credit card bill through cred app, it shows payment successfull but amount not credited to my SBI card.

I have paid 4570 from my credit card and it has still not credited my landlord's account.
Why is this so?
At the least, reverse the entry to my credit card account.

I made a online transaction of ₹50,971.00 by SBI credit card but the amount is not yet credited into landlord account. I got a message stating that "Any amount, if debited from your account and received by CRED, will be refunded within *5* days."

It has already been 5 days but my Money is not yet credited into my account.

Could you please look into this issue and resolve it.

It's 2 days gone and today was last date..

I made payment of my Sbi credit card bill 2 days before due date but the payment was dishonoured.
Although the amount was deducted from my SBI bank account.
They charged me extra charges viz dishonoured charged plus Gst which totals upto the Rs.2,441
That impacted my CIBIL score.

It happened to me twice when I paid my bills.

I tried complaining but couldn't get any response from your side.

Please take strict action.

Two days back I have made a rent payment, still it is not credited and in the app it is showing amount is credited into your account, when I check my account it is not credited. I am attached the bank statement also, still now I didn't get any response from anyone's.
