I paid credit card bill on 24.06.2021. in three transactions one transaction got failed.i contacted with bank for the amount but they said that no any amount hasn't been reversed till now. I make request on cred app but no any solution has not been made. You are requested to make solution and credit the amount in my account.

I have paid rent 1,77713/- on 21-06-2021 evening from HDFC Card but amount is not yet credited into Landlord account and in notifications it's showing as amount will be credited in 16min. HDFC has given written confirmation as transaction is completed successfully. It seems amount is stuck with cred. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.

I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. In this covid situation, if you introduce features in live without testing, this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.

I made payment of ₹139157 on 18/06/2021 using cred application. But there was some error in application and because of same the payment was failed and my saving account got debited with same amount in favour of Cred.And now still the payment not refunded,It is not a samll amount if you can duduct the amount instantly then you have to return the amount instantly so the customer can make a payment again to prevent the late charges and all,Is Cred going to pay Late payment fees, Interest amount from the day i used it???? Worst part of Cred is there is no number to call them. WILL I GET QUICK RESPONSE OR SHOULD MAKE YOU FAMOUS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE?????????????

I paid my credit card bill on 9th June, 3 days earlier than my due date from CRED app. It was settled in 11 seconds as per CRED notifications. Still HDFC Bank deducted same amount from my savings account. That means money sent from CRED is lost and there is no way we can contact or get our issues resolved. In such a time in India these companies are cheating taxpayers and their hard earned money is used for their benefits.

I made payment of ₹ 8200 on 17/05/2021 using cred application. As per cred application payment is successful but the amount is not yet credited to my credit card account. this are fraud application.

i paid approx. 47000INR for my SBI card through CRED but the payment is still not reflecting after 2days.
i got a message from CRED that it will be done with in an hour but still nothing.

i have recently started using CRED and don't want to stop using this APP but please resolve my issue at the earliest possible otherwise i will be farced to make a formal complaint and uninstall this application.

have made a payment of Rs 66800/- to my axis Bank credit card on 08/05/2021, however the same is not reflecting in my credit card account. I have checked the status on cred app it's showing processing.

credit card amount not credited even after 1 day of payment
This is really the worst experience for me so far from the Cred app. I made my SBI credit card payment of Rs. 100000 on 08/May/2021 but it is more than 4 day now it is still not done and has been debited from my account. I am worried as the due date for paying the credit card amount is on 10/may/2021 and if it is not paid on time my cibil score will go down and I will be defaulter. I am planning to file a fraud case against CRED if my amount is not refunded by 10/May/2021.

The bill payment made at 11 a.m. today does not appear to have been credited to the account yet

I made the payment of 18500 on May 8th 2021 in my axis bank credit card amount debited from my bank account, and today is 12th may 2021 till now payment is not settled in my credit card. I'm worried about my money as there is no contact number so that I can direct contact with customer service. I send the email but getting a system generated reply, same its happening in app and whatsup. Please update the payment in my credit card or return it in my bank account.

My account was debited by 40,133 on 8/05/2021 but still till 10/05/2021 it was not credited to my Sbi credit card and by auto swipe my account was again debited so I need refund of by 40,133

As Per given Date my credit card payment done on yesterday and today says your payment was not received and this amount deduct my account .

this APP was Not Nice ...i personally consider Dont doing any transaction on this app.

I have a single Standard Chartered credit card only (last digits 5578),

I paid 3,500 INR via CRED yest, but showing payment for other card no. On CRED App, while am having a single credit card only.

Dear sir My first experience with cred is hilarious I made a payment of 60995 rupees through your app and after
completing the transaction I got a msg and watsup msg also stating for successful payment of my credit card and but soon after the message I get another message saying that my payment towards my credit card is failed and amount refunded with in 5 working days. I tried to contact their customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off then I mailed on support team of cred they are replying a system generated mail and asking me for installing cred app to resolve my query. I messaged on their watsup number also but it again sending me a link to download the cred app. I tried for 1 hours, searched every were but I didn't get a proper solution where I contact with cred. so I deleted the app and writing my first experience with the cred here. hope my query get resolved faster.

We made wrong transaction. The money got debited from my account. I enquired that receiver bank account number was wrong there is no account with that number. So I need written confirmation about that the transaction was made to not existing back account number.
