My amount has been debit in my account cred show payment failed but my account show payment is debited amount.
I want urgent required money so please check my last transaction and refund my amount in my account as soon as possible.

Today on 23rd October I have done my credit card payment through cred of Rs 30434/- but the amount is not credited to my credit card account but debited from my account .

While making payment , it got debited 2 times from my account and there is no action for 2nd transaction. Neither it is reflecting in credit card nor it is transfer back to my account.

Please help me to resolve this.

during the process of payment of my icici bank Credit card on Dtd: 18/10/2021 my 2 HDFC UPI Transaction is failed but amount has been deduct of my account of Rs.5586 ( twise ).

I have paid rent 49,000/- on 08-09-2021 from axis credit Card but amount is not yet credited into Landlord account and in notifications axis has given written confirmation as transaction is completed. It seems amount is stuck with cred. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. In this covid situation, if you introduce features in live without testing, this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.

I did three transaction. First transaction of amount 12000rs., second 10000rs. And third 8000rs. My account has been debited but my landlord has not recieved the money yet..
I want to know status of all my transactions.

Is it fraud by CRED or not check his statement by same amount.

On 4th Sep 2021 I made a payment of Rs. 50000/- through CRED from my ICICI savings account for my ICICI Bank credit card. But 1 transaction only succeeded another transaction failed. The amount got debited twice from the ICICI a/c and payment is not reflecting in my ICICI credit card, till now.

This is Kushal Jadhav from Mumbai. I tried to withdraw cash from cred app and successfully registered for auto debit also but its been more than 48 hours the loan amount is not credited to my account. Kindly help me its getting difficult because my auto pay is registered for EMI. Otherwise i will be charged for EMI for no reason (Without availing Loan).
