On 1st July I tried 3 payments (worth 982 each ) on FirstCry using CredPay option that was enabled then. 2 of those I paid using my scb credit card and 1 with hdfc.
All these 3 txns were cancelled by merchant and later credpay was removed as payment option from FirstCry.
I can still see 3 txns as debited/outstanding in my card. Please reverse the amount back to my card

It seems amount is stuck with cred. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. In this covid situation, if you introduce features in live without testing, this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.

I would like to do my credit card payment through cred but if I pay exact bill amount will it be paid as a bill amount or it will just be credited to the credit card account?

Credit card payment debited twice from my savings account
On 17 Aug 2021 I made a payment of Rs. 78000/- through CRED from my union bank account for my RBL Bank (RBL) credit card. The amount got debited twice from the UNION BANK a/c and payment is not reflecting till now

On 13Aug2021 I made a payment of Rs. 886/- through CRED from my SBI savings account for my Standard Chattered Bank (SCB) credit card. The amount got debited twice from the SBI a/c and payment is reflecting only once in my SCB credit card, till now.

I made the payment of my SBI Card (14336.00) via the CRED app on Order ID - J4WPDRL45QY8 on 28-July. and from my bank account amount is deducted at the same time.
This morning I got a message from SBI Card that the payment is declined at CRED, my card due date is tomorrow and i am not sure what is the issue with payment and if my payment goes through on time otherwise I have to pay card additional charges and also it impact my credit score.

CRED KEEP CUSTOMERS AMT FOR LONG TIME AND REFUNDING IN BANK PENALTY DAYS. Disgusting.

I paid Rs. 33296/- using CRED APP on 4th July to clear my SBI CC BILL. However, amt is debited from saving account on same day and thought it would credit in cc statement as usual. But to my surprise, i keep getting msgs, saying refund is initiated and one more notification with instant refund and enter your details, when I enter the sbi account details for instant refund its not going through next page . And another msg says , refund initiated to source account. But when i check the bank account, amt is not yet credited. Today is July 09. its been 5 days so far. Neither Amt is credited in cc statement nor in BANK ACCOUNT. is CRED playing with CUSTOMER AMT? PLEASE STOP playing with customers, if you are not willing to serve the services. please do encourage to make payments using CREP APP.  We are wasting the time and Amount.
