Need confirmation about wrong transaction
We made wrong transaction. The money got debited from my account. I enquired that receiver bank account number was wrong there is no account with that number. So I need written confirmation about that the transaction was made to not existing back account number.
Please reply as much as fast.
RBI Guideline for Payment App
As per RBI Guideline , there must be phone number and Payment app must setup call center to facilitate user complaint , no phone number means this app must be ban from the Google App Store
House rent can not received in lendrod account

My first experience with cred is hilarious I made a payment of eleven thousand rupees through your app and after
completing the transaction I got a msg and watsup msg also stating for successful payment of my credit card and but soon after the message I get another message saying that my payment towards my credit card is failed and amount refunded with in 5 working days. I tried to contact their customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off then I mailed on support team of cred they are replying a system generated mail and asking me for installing cred app to resolve my query. I messaged on their watsup number also but it again sending me a link to download the cred app. I tried for 1 hours, searched every were but I didn't get a proper solution where I contact with cred. so I deleted the app and writing my first experience with the cred here. hope my query get resolved faster.

Rent amount debited from card but not received in landlord account more than 3 days completed. But in transaction history it displayed as transferred to landlord account. Kindly refund in my credit card.
