NOT GETTING THE RESPONSE FROM CRED

Dear Team,

I have done a wrong transaction thorough cred app . I supposed to pay rent to my owner but due to wrong UPI payments it has been transferred to wrong account.

Sharing you the details as follows -
Where as the I sent it on wrong UPI id yadav.lalit@icici

Kindly do the needful and help me geTting amount reversal.

Payment attempt of INR 6,482 for SBI credit card 4726-42XX-XXXX-7514 on 11-Apr-2021 (order id KJZE1EQ5PM) failed. In rare cases, if any amount is debited, it will be refunded by your bank within 5 working days.
Aaj 5 din hone aaye par abhi tak payment nahi refund aaya
Jab ki ek bar failed payment batata or dusre bar successful or account me se do bar debit hogye

Refund issue

Can I get any proper reply either on call or on mail, everywhere only system generated mail & messages. I got frustrated as I make payment & it failed , in app it's showing refund complete but yet I didn't get in my account.
Nither am getting reply on what's app(it's everytime showing to download the cred app)
Nor on mail(on mail am getting only a system generated mail).
Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I had made the payment from cred on 07/04/21. Amount debited from my account but payment is unsuccessful & still I have not received my refund till now 4 days over. Now I have to pay interest & late fees for same. Pls help me for refund asap.

Need confirmation about wrong transaction

We made wrong transaction. The money got debited from my account. I enquired that receiver bank account number was wrong there is no account with that number. So I need written confirmation about that the transaction was made to not existing back account number.

RBI Guideline for Payment App

As per RBI Guideline , there must be phone number and Payment app must setup call center to facilitate user complaint , no phone number means this app must be ban from the Google App Store

credit card payment failed

My first experience with cred is hilarious I made a payment of eleven thousand rupees through your app and after
completing the transaction I got a msg and watsup msg also stating for successful payment of my credit card and but soon after the message I get another message saying that my payment towards my credit card is failed and amount refunded with in 5 working days. I tried to contact their customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off then I mailed on support team of cred they are replying a system generated mail and asking me for installing cred app to resolve my query. I messaged on their watsup number also but it again sending me a link to download the cred app. I tried for 1 hours, searched every were but I didn't get a proper solution where I contact with cred. so I deleted the app and writing my first experience with the cred here. hope my query get resolved faster.
