Billing fraud performed by VI

Hello Vi Team,
This is for Billing fraud performed by VI
Unnecessary billing component added without customer confirmation.
Unnecessary carry forward last bill multiple times and recover ransom money from customer, by disabling the services.
Furthermore, the Vi executive called the customer for ransom money and made the customer irritated and unhappy.
Chat executive (Sachin) was acting so dum that he came to know about the billing issue, still trying to hide the same and offer xxx rs as a favors not to write a complaint.

I am from bihar .
And currently i am in foren country {Kyrgyzstan}.
Sir i have issue with network here.
And rest of people having same sim here have network.
But i can't get network only but rest of people have .

I bought 72004XXXXX by last year,but I didn't recharged..last month am tried to recharge but not made.. Retailer asked me to visit Vodafone customer care..am visited Townhall branch,they suggested me to go Annasilai branch,am went and discussed,after some hours, My sim signal range is cut..
Last week same number,am bought from Retailer.Sim also activated..Can't made Recharge,even FRC also..
Near by one week ,am waited so long ,to retain my Number.but failure..
Today also am visited Townhall branch .they told me to visit Head office (Annasilai Branch), ..after some hour,My Sim Signal lost..
nowadays all procedures in Online only.
This is not good for such an Reputed Network like you ,I think every customer is valuable to you..

I have booked a new postpaid

I have booked a new postpaid mobile no. 967xxx9610 online at 24 July 2021 & received same day delivery. After continuing service of 7days, outgoing service has been blocked. When I called the delivery person he said that your televerification has failed while I was not given any information regarding this.
On request for re-verification a man came to my house on 1st August and completed the
verification And said that from tomorrow the outgoing service will start. When the service did not start the next day also i called the customer
care thrice they said your verification failed And the complaint is being registered. I also called
person who came for verification, then he said that from where you have purchased the sim. talk over there, now i had booked the sim online
so what would i do so i called the delivery person he didn't give any response.

Today on August 3, I got a call from customer
care and they listened to my problem and said that your verification has failed, the problem will be solved soon and also I am giving mail to my senior as well, the team will talk to you soon.

After a few hours, a call came from the seniors,
they understood the whole problem and said that your service will start running in the evening.

Now that it is happening at 10:33, the outgoing
service has not started, yes maybe the incoming has definitely been stopped.

I am using Idea since 2012. To day Idea is not functioning properly. I recharged. My money is gone. But the recharge is not done. I am completely disappointed. I feel useless services are provided by IDEA. I feel reliance is better.
