Urgent: Noise Pollution Issues Due to Security Alarm at Ranjit A
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you in my capacity as a local resident of the Ranjit Avenue neighborhood in Amritsar, and also as a representative of the community that includes numerous educational institutions.
We have a growing concern regarding the recurrent triggering of the security alarm system at your Muthoot Finance branch located in our vicinity. The said issue has been causing significant noise pollution and is proving to be a major source of distraction and inconvenience for the students studying in the institutions nearby and in the premises above your branch.
It is no secret that the success of Muthoot Finance has been founded upon the trust and respect it has earned within the communities it serves. Hence, it is disheartening to witness such negligent behavior from the branch under your esteemed organization, which is potentially tarnishing the image you have so diligently built.
The problem, we have noticed, occurs intermittently and at irregular intervals. It appears to be a malfunction, rather than a response to legitimate security threats. Despite our attempts to communicate this issue to the branch manager, there has unfortunately been no noticeable improvement or change in the situation.
We understand that the security of your premises and assets is of utmost importance. However, we urge you to look into this matter and to rectify this problem in a timely manner. We believe that there are surely alternative security measures that are less disruptive or improvements that can be made to the current system to prevent these false alarms.
Moreover, as a part of our neighborhood, we would appreciate it if you could ensure that your branch personnel are trained to promptly address any grievances raised by the local community in the future. This would, indeed, enhance the relationship between Muthoot Finance and the local populace, fostering an environment of mutual respect and cooperation.
We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and would greatly appreciate a swift resolution that ensures the peace and quiet of our local community, and the optimal studying conditions for our students, are upheld.

Harrasment n insulted to release my ornaments
I am I priority customer of Muthoot finance. I went to release my ornaments and took my younger sister with me. As she was with me, the branch manager insulted her in branch and also when she came out of branch, he insulted her in public place. And the manager also took her pictures on phone. Shameful activity my Muthoot Finance. Don't ever go to this place or else one will have to loose self respect
Clarification on interest.
This is reference to the above subject I had been to the branch in kundalahalli on ITPL road Bangalore to get a clarification on my interest amount but the service is very very poor. I was not explained in a proper way it was a very rude behaviour. Please take it forward & ask the executives to behave n respond well to customers.

I tried to contact to every possible numbers and websites.nobody is responding to my query.. before all this I request for emi moratorium ..Nobody responded.. this is the worst banking experience I have seen in my life.. shameful
