The internet service is down every 2nd day Borivali west mandpeshwar area
This is causing a lot of inconvenience if MTNL Mumbai is not able to provide service they should shut down so we can choose an alternative the service is absolutely BAD

I am trump user from almost last 12years but from last six months network quality has became worst, maximum time when i try to call it show not connected to network, no incomming call people always ask me if i have changed my number as my current number is always unavailable, tried to contact customer complaint but jist recorded complaint was registered but no action taken..

Here by I kindly bring to your notice that I disconnected MTNL connection and I applied for security refund of MTNL 29 Dec 2121 and Did not get it till now.

I have attached the cancel cheque and Adhar card for id proof ,submit to mtnl Mandvi branch office for refund as per instructed by mtnl employee but nothing happened.

Please check and Process refund as soon as possible.

Landline phone not working for one month

Dear Sir,
The subject telephone installed in my address C-102,Panchamrut Coop Hsg Soc,Ghodbundar Road,Thane-400615 has not been working for the past one month. Docket No.9936
Kindly arrange for the restoration of the phone urgently.I would like to mention that I am 88 years old and my wife 83.We do not use mobile phone,Hence we are finding it very difficult to communicate without landline phone,
In view of the above,I shall be thankful if you could expedite the visit of a MTNL personnel to resolve the technical problem.

no wify aswell line is dead for last two months

My telephone line was dead from 1st July to 21st July.. on 21st july MTNL line man came to repair it after which it started and was working till 26 th July .. from 26 July till date (29th august) my line is dead
and I am receiving bills from Mtnl

DEAD LANDLINE BROADBAND

COMPLAINT GIVEN IN APRIL 2020.STILL LANDLINE BROADBAND IS DEAD. NO ACTION TAKEN. TAKE ACTION AGAINST MTNL OFFICIALS NAVI MUMBAI. 400703.

Painfully slow broadband connection

We have been experiencing extremely slow to no internet access for past 4-5 months.We have raised complaints multiple times. The connection then works for few hours and again stops working.
Moreover, we have seen, inspite of subscribing Triband, everytime the landline phone is used, the internet gets disconnected.
We have been paying the bills on time , even during the pandemic,but the service provided is lower class.
We have to use alternate connection ,thus paying additional price.

No amount of complaints is helping resolve this.Requesting prompt solution.

Landline dead since more than TEN days

The landline has been dead since past 10 days. We have tried calling on more than 20 different customer care and center numbers, but it seems like there is not a single MTNL employee working in the entire city. No one is picking up calls. No reply to emails. Complaint booked through Self-care portal, but no response at all. Pathetic service. Why should we even pay bills if there is no working landline..?

Safe custody of my phone and internet connection.

I had submitted an application for safe custody of my phone and internet connection in February for 3months and had paid the necessary charges for the same since I was going out of India. However due to the current covid situation I am unable to return back to India due to non operation of flights. In the meantime I have received a bill from MTNL for Rs 925/- to be paid.. From March to June 20 including the charges for June 20 .
Since I have still not activated my phone and internet charges there is no question of any usage of the same. In this respect I have written many email to self-care of MTNL but there has been no response... Tried calling the Wadala exchange but there is no response.. I am unable to contact the MTNL authority from outside India.... Request concerned authority look into the matter and provide me a solution for the same.....

Line disconnected but No refund since last year

Dear Sir,

My landline XXXX6172 stopped working (probably due to Metro work on JVLR) about a year ago. Although phone line was totally dead, your office kept on sending the bill to my bank account. Your Accounts dept had already stopped the billing, but your some office kept on sending the bills. Don't know why and how.

As an honest citizen, I have set up autopay facility in my bank and therefore my bank kept on paying the bills for 3-4 months. After many complaints, MTNL expressed their inability to revive the line and therefore advised me to submit a request for disconnection, because without that they will not refund the excess money lying with you. So accordingly I have submitted the disconnection request way back on 18th Nov 2019. Please see attached acknowledgement scan copy. Refund of over Rs.3000 is due. But since the last 6 months, nothing has happened. Whenever I tried to contact someone in MTNL I have to hear not very good language. None of your phone numbers respond anything.

I request you to process my refund at the earliest.

I posted filled & signed OTM form along with cancelled cheque to Kandivali Tel Exchange Mumbai on 25th Sep. 2019 for payment of bill for Tel. No. xxxxxxxx by ECS. Tel. Yet Bill of Oct. 2019 is still not debited from my bank account.

We have made application for New Landline connection: WO No.289/288 DATED February 08,2019 (Scanned copy enclosed). However, till date no connection has been installed. It’s more than two months.

We have regularly follow up with your Rabale Exchange Customer Service Center (CSC), where we had booked the same connection, however, they are not giving proper explanation for delay or solution for the same.

MTNL Bill charged TWICE so REFUND amounts

Hello,

I'm Hitasha Nagdeo, I pay for the bills charged on our MTNL landline connection numbered - +91 22 XX642982 from Mulund (W) our MTNL account is named under Prakash Nagdeo, my father.

I pay my bills regularly from my HDFC credit card as it is on autopay for MTNL biller the bills that you issue under our landline number is directly deducted from my bank account.

Now what has happened is that you've issued TWO bills under our number in the month of September 2017 and in the month of October 2017.

In the month of September, you issued TWO bills on the same day for the same amount TWICE for me.
On 22/09/2017 you have issued TWO bills of Rs.387 and I've paid for both of them through my card in September.

In the month of October, you have issued TWO bills on two different days for the same amount TWICE for me.
On 18/10/2017 you issued a bill of Rs. 357 for me.
On 19/10/2017 you issued a bill of Rs. 357 for me.
and I've paid for both of them through my card in October.

Now I need you to reverse these unnecessary charges and refund me the respective amounts of Rs. 387 and Rs. 357.

Resolve this problem ASAP.
