I have cancelled my e-tickets 4th November 2012 (PNR 2710271551 Transaction ID 0583824515). The status on irctc.co.in shows instruction sent to bank on 6th november 2012.

Now my problem is that 16 days has passed including many working days(specially the bank). And yet the refund amount of Rupees 525 is not credited in my bank account. In nutshell, I have not recieved refund even after 16 days.

On 31.10.12 i booked the ticket from HZ Nizamuddin to Secundrabad by train no: 12286, class 2 AC , the money is debited from my account Rs. 6815. but the ticket for the same not reflected in my booked history, but found in failed transaction. so please do the needful to credit the amount again to my account.

Dear sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket from Patna to Vadodara by Azimabad express journry date 26 oct.2012 through my debit card of ICICI bank. My ticket PNR No. was 6411715651. I had cancelled my ticket on 26th of oct. 2012.But unfortunately I have not got my refund value till.
So kindly look into this matter and refund my amount as early as possible.

i want to cancel my ticket from amritsar to delhi and book another ticket.

mistake in choosing gender in tatkal confirm ticket

I made mistake of choosing gender, Male instead of Female. Ticket is tatkal and confirm and no way of getting fresh ticket and no money back if cancelled. What to do, please help.
