Seeking permission to visit my mother

Respected Sir,

My mother (age 63) is living alone at my native place, asansol. I couldn't been able to go to her due to lockdown restrictions. It's now very urgent to visit her as she needs medicine which are only available in Ranchi. She has been suffering with back pain and she is under the treatment of Dr. P.N.Singh Ranchi. It's also important for me to spend sometime with her as she is staying alone and maybe exposed to mental depression as well.

I want to go there with my motorcycle, I am using Arogya Setu app and it's showing I am safe.

Please for GOD sake, help me and my mother and allow me to visit her asap.

I shall be highly greatful if you kindly help me at this moment.
