Sir,I worked in esi namkum from aug 2015 to 14 march 2020 as esi post pg bond service.i paid 1.5 lakh for nt serving for five month of my five yr service They gave releasing letter only after taking 1.5 lakh from me.
But even after regular reminder and email,call they have not given my salary and earned leave encashment till nw.i am facing much financial problem as I gave them 1.5 lakh to release.
Kindly help me out.

मेरा नाम प्रमोद कुमार है मै स्टेट बैंक रांची मेन ब्रांच कॉड-00167 उस बैंक मे मैने मैनुअल से लेकर computerized तक का कार्य किया है | उस वक्त बही खाते मे काम होता था | तब से लेकर आज तक मैंने कम पैसे मे बैंक की सेवा करता रहा मैंने 1995 मे हमे बैंक के पी.बी मैनेजर साहब रखे थे |उस वक्त मै अस्थायी कर्मचारी कैंटीन बॉय मे जॉइनिंग लिया था |और मै चपराशि का काम किया करता था | मैंने 1995 से 2018 तक नियमित रूप से बैंक को अपनी सेवा प्रदान किया | वर्ष 2018 मे AGM दया संकर साहब आए और हमारे वेतन मे कटोती करने लगे हम से एक महिना काम करवाते थे और पंद्रा दिनो का वेतन दिया करते थे ये सिलसिला पाँच महीने तक चला जिसकी सिकायत हमने labour ऑफिस मे किया तब हमने labour ऑफिस मे न्याय की गुहार लगाई उन होने हमे चार पाँच महीने का वेतन दिलवाया उसी समये से हमे बैठा दिया गया | अब आप ही हमे बताए की मैंने क्या गुनाह किया मै उनका बात मान कर महीने भर काम करके 15 दिनों का वेतन लेता तो बैंक के लिए ठीक था | मैंने labour office मे शिकयात करके गलत किया क्या न्याय मांगना गलत है | उसी वक्त से AGM दया संकर साहब ने मुझे और मेरे साथियो को बैंक से बाहर कर दिये | contractor Swastik Assosciate और AGM दया संकर साहब ने कहा की जब तक झारखंड मे रहूँगा तब तक तुम लोगो को बैंक मे बहाल नहीं होने दूंगा | मै डेलि बैंक जाता हूँ लेकिन AGM साहब आपने सेक्युर्टी गार्ड से हमे धके मार कर बाहर कर देते है | आपके दिये हुए एक रुपये किलो चावल और गेहु खाकर शिर्फ जिंदा हूँ |contractor और AGM साहब हम लोगो को बाहर कर दिया अब तो कोरोना वाइरस के वझा से घर से बाहर नहीं निकल रहा हूँ हम लोग भूक और बीमारी से लड़ रहे है कृपया हमे हमारी नौकरी वापस करवा दे ताकि आपने बच्चो का भविषय बना सकू और अच्छे शिक्षा दे सकू और आपने बच्चो का जीवन सुधार सकू | कृपया कर के हमारी मदत करे labour court जो ड्राफ्ट दिलवाए हे उसका फोटो कॉपी और बैंक का दिया हुआ सर्टिफिकेट भी आपको दिखा रहा हूँ | High court का भी आदेश है जो व्यक्ति10 वर्ष काम किया हो उसे पेरमानेंट कर दिया जाये लेकिन बैंक ने पुराने आदमी को बहार कर दिया कृप्या हमारी मदत करे

I am Himanshu Swarnakar from Gadhra Jamsjedpur, I was worked at Airtel Mobility under Jitendra Mishra (AM) and Amit (TL) From 11th January 2018 to 23rd Feb 2019, i left my job due to some personal issue, But till time i am not able to withdraw my pf ammount, and i am surviving with medical issue with my wife, i was called and mailing so much time, but there was no satisfaction response given by them.
i request you to please look into this matter and do the needful .

I would like to inform you that I subanta Kumar Pahadi have passed the AITT (all India Trade Test ),i.e. Apprenticeship Training in April 2003 , 78th batch but till date I have not received my provisional as well as Original certificate. I have met at office of training of labour and employment Burmamines ,Jamshedpur many times but no any satisfactory result is given to me by them.
Therefore, I request you to please have a look into the above matter.
