Since 10 days my shipment is out for delivery.

The 1st day on Friday, it was out for delivery at evening 5 pm , when I called delivery person, he tells me that He Doesn't know how to do flexo(Exchanging phone)
whencalling delivery guy he doesn't answer and order still undelivered.
The worst past is yesterday it was out for delivery at 8:41pm and
again received message unable to deliver.

What is blocking you from delivering? I have been waiting here for 6
days and it's undelivered. You are literally playing with customer
patience. Highly disappointing service from ekart, never before seen

Today is 17.10.2023 and till now not received, how can we believe that the parcel is not tampered or the product is already used. You have to look into this matter. Really can't believe its happening.

I ordered a product from wow skin science my order was already delayed for 2days which was supposed to be on 15th of October and on 16th delivery partner contacted and asked for location and he can't come today it will be delivered the next days but in app they mentioned they couldn't contact me and find the location. Still didn't receive the product!!! Very poor service.

The courier boy asked for extra money. Due to non-delivery, the order was canceled and he went away.

I ordered a body shaper and i got a totally different horrible shaper which is not what i choose. Its come in amazon package but i didnt order it on amazon.am amazed at the kind of cheating happening in the name if ecommerce business.

Very bad service for delivery side
Many times they said I will come I can call the can,t receive call many times and the can give many time in a day .

My order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd July. The delivery boy visited my place and said product not received yet. It will be delivered the next day. I am working woman and clearly told him that I will be available after 4.40 pm. He confirmed and gave his number as well. But delivery didn't happen. Now when I calling him he is not receiving phone. The other delivery guy called and said he is coming for delivery. I asked him to come after 4.30 pm but he didn't come and not receiving call as well. The tone was also very casual about like it doesn't matter to him if delivery happens or not and when I questioned he said he can't do the delivery, he cut the phone. Again not receiving the calls.

My order isn't delivered yet it's already 3 days late from it's given day to be delivered but still not delivered not any update or not even a phone call . On the tracking page the interface is “Reached at Destination Hub” from 3 days but still not out for delivery.
