My God, I ordered tracksuit for men with 34 size, they delivered kids wear. You please take that product back. Return my money.

We are filing our complaint against you in writing in the Central and State Consumer Forum that you did not deliver our parcel to us on the due date and you have put a wrong update on your tracking site that you could not give us our parcel because we did not give you any reply, your information is completely wrong because till today dated 05/08/2024 no one came from your place to deliver our parcel nor did the delivery boy call us in this regard.

I have not received my product in full quantity from ekart srirampur brunch Kolkata. I lodged a complain in Flipkart also. I was paid in full by UPI in advance. I got the msg from pending delivery from ekart logistics. Now I want to talk or reached the customer service but not responding yet.please guide us properly or I will logdege a complain with complete proff in consumer forams. Reply me immediately by mail

I got call from delivery guy and i was not available at that time. I told him to give the parcel at the shop near my residence. He agreed and i shared the OTP. Now shopkeeper don't have the parcel and it is showing delivered on website.
Can you provide the delivery guys no so that i can confirm to whom he has given the parcel?

I ordered school shoes from school application (LHLP2460021xxx) and received message from Ekart that it will be delivered on 21st Jun 2024, then due to some reason it get delayed and showed 27th June 2024, again it got delayed and received message that it will be delivered 20th June 2024. I received call from delivery person and he denied to come to my location and said that they cannot serve this location, though I have received school uniform at the same location and it was delivered by ekart few days ago. This is very frustrating and very very bad service by ekart logistic.

Worst service ever since 13th June 2034 daily it shows out for delivery but not delivering even I called on 14th June in afternoon to delivery boy he said will be deliver soon but today is 17 June and now today it's not showing out for delivery I have also complaint to Flipkart I want my order by hook or crook. There are 2 order both are showing same I m tired with their worst service

My Flipkart order FMPC3786936xx was supposed to be delivered on 12th June 2024 and I received a MSG the same day and also calling courier boy in evening on 6:55 Pm for courier and am also available was in share home address location but my product still hasn't been delivered.I need my product as soon as possible....please look into this matter.

Have ordered a cash on delivery product on flipkart for 800rs which was delivered on 22nd of may,next day when I was not at home a guy gave the similar kind of worn out product which had the same name and address on the parcel but the seller was mentioned as Amazon shipping, he took the same 800rs again from my mom and she felt that I would've ordered it. So this guy noted everything and gave a fake parcel and pocketed 800rs

My myntra order was supposed to be delivered on 25th April and I received a MSG from ekart saying that my product has been out from delivery since the same day. Today is 28th April , but my product still hasn't been delivered.I need my product asap....please look into this matter.

Ekart is Very bad service you can also say worst because this never deliver any product at right time or some times cancel it automatically without informing the costumes so I think we should boycott this service.
I ordered Many products but they either delayed or canceled, most of them canceled after delaying Date.
Ekart logistics is worst service.

मेरा एक आइटम 15/10/2023 को बुक हुआ था और ई कार्ट माध्यम से 18/10/2023 को आना था। आज तक नहीं आया और पता नहीं कब तक आएगा और पार्सल को ट्रैक कर रहे तो 18 को कैंसिल हुआ फिर 20 को आना था और अब कोई अपडेट भी नहीं दे रहे हैं। ना आइटम कैंसिल हो रहा है और ना ही आ रहा है। बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है ई कार्ट की और flipcart की।
