The 1st day on Friday, it was out for delivery at evening 5 pm , when I called delivery person, he tells me that He Doesn't know how to do flexo(Exchanging phone)
whencalling delivery guy he doesn't answer and order still undelivered.
The worst past is yesterday it was out for delivery at 8:41pm and
again received message unable to deliver.
What is blocking you from delivering? I have been waiting here for 6
days and it's undelivered. You are literally playing with customer

I placed the mobile order on 11/10/23 and it was supposed to be delevered in one day. But it has come to mobile in my nearest hub. It's been 2 days, I have not received the product, there is no update on it, so are the sellers and logistics people sleeping, what are they still doing, seller? The product which is sold in one day is received by the customer in 4 to 5 days, then why are they cheating the customer. Why is Flipkart not taking action against the seller? If the product will not be delivered in one day, then tell me why you are trapping the customer in the middle, assuming that it will take 4 to 5 days.

Delivery guy does not like to deliver to doorstep
FMPP178989xxxx tracking no. Order was for a flipkart product. This was the same delivery person's second delivery. Though the address says 4th floor. He calls from the 3rd Floor and asks to collect the product. This time he called from the road saying there is no parking available. He even made the guard take the call . Ridiculous !! Please dont take the order, if you don't want to deliver !!!

My order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd July. The delivery boy visited my place and said product not received yet. It will be delivered the next day. I am working woman and clearly told him that I will be available after 4.40 pm. He confirmed and gave his number as well. But delivery didn't happen. Now when I calling him he is not receiving phone. The other delivery guy called and said he is coming for delivery. I asked him to come after 4.30 pm but he didn't come and not receiving call as well. The tone was also very casual about like it doesn't matter to him if delivery happens or not and when I questioned he said he can't do the delivery, he cut the phone. Again not receiving the calls.
