I ordered product from flipkart but product moving from eKart logistics. the delivery boy not delivered the product but from Flipkart it's showing status like delivered. But I haven't received the product till now. Delivery boy useing the product.

My order should be delivered on 20th May 2023 but you guys delayed it and rescheduled on 24th May. But you delivery person said that he had more than 40 orders to deliver and he stuck in same location. I contacted him 4 times but he couldn't deliver the product and it rescheduled again on 25th May. Still there is no response from your end.
