I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent shipment with Tracking ID: FMPP2753301809.

The delivery agent associated with this order misled me by claiming to deliver the product but failed to provide it. Late at night, when I was away from my office, the delivery agent contacted me and requested the OTP for the delivery. Trusting your service, I provided the OTP, only to discover later that I have not received the product.

I have always trusted Ekart Logistics for its reliability, but this incident has severely impacted my confidence in your services. Such unethical behavior from your staff is unacceptable, and I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly.

Please address this issue on priority, provide clarity on the situation, and let me know how you intend to resolve it. Additionally, I would like either the immediate delivery of my product or a full refund.

Today my order was suppose to be delivered,he called in morning and I conveyed my address. Again he called just now and was asking my address. They said they'll deliver me on 28th Oct, one week has passed,neither the deliver executive is picking call, nor I have received the parcel yet. Always saying that parcel has reached your city it will be delivered today ( this thing has been said 5 times) . Now when I am calling them ,they're asking me for mobile.no and pin (the PIN which is to be entered as per given in message) but saying it is not working. What to do???

These are fake all people stating they are from Ekart but I have visited their hub and they mentioned this a fake website and the number these fake people have updated on this fake website is trying toh wipe customer's bank account, they will ask you to activate the order and will ask you to pay 5rs, please don't call any number because there is no direct number to call Ekart as per the update from Ekart hub manager, please don't feed these scamsters

I have ordered one product from amazehive site.this product delivery schedule with ekart.from 20 Oct getting alert for delivery but not received. I tracked that order from ekart site earlier it was showing not delivered due operational issues. After again tracking this now it's showing undelivered due to customer doesn't response.I don't what problem of these guys.
Such pathetic service.this my second incident happened with ekart.
One more happened with me in last year I have ordered glare from Myntra and returned that glare but they haven't marked as return.myntra people also confirm that it is not received.
