Delivery date extended

We had ordered some curtains from Pepperfry on 13th Oct and original delivery date was 19th Oct. We had ordered in well advance so that will get an replace them before Diwali.
When I am tracking my order today then is showing parcel has dispatched to Hyd as on 17th Oct and estimated delivery date is 25th Oct...

I would like to know why the estimate delivery date is showing 25th Oct though the item should be deliver by today.... how come they can extend the delivery date?

Delivery issue with Ekart

Hi Team,

This is the 2nd time when i am facing the same issue with E-kart delivery.

I have 2 ordered which was expected to deliver on 4th- October. These both product are coming from my same Nearest HUB Location- Saharanpur.

One of them (Mobile Case) is delivered on 4th Itself however the 2nd one (Mobile Phone) delivery is getting delayed stating Address Out of Delivery.

I am very surprised the way E-KART works. The worst customer experience i have ever seen.

Hope you will take this as a suggestion & will improve the way of working.

Ekart delivery boys are unprofessional

The ekart service is pathetic.
The delivery boys hired by ekart are totally lazy and don't want to make any efforts to find the address even of a prime location. They lie that they call the customers but that is all a lie.
My order was supposed to be delivered today to me but the delivery executive dint bother to find the address and went away just like that.
Now the status of the order is falsely shown as failed delivery attempt and no response from customer.
This is all a lie.
I want my order asap.

Misbehavior of pickup boy

For the last three times, the pickup boy has canceled my pickup without coming to pick up.
The last three days but every time he receive the call he says he will go for pickup but will be late for an hour, but never comes to pick up but uploads wrong information.
