I have purchased oil filled radiator from dealer. After heating, oil start leaking. I have complainted several time but service person did not came to me. उषा कंपनी ने लूटने का अच्छा धंधा खोल रखा है. Now I am going to resister the complain at consumer form.

I raised a service request for my food processor and the service person came and replaced it with an old working bush he had with him. He charged Rs 470 (Rs 350 service charge and Rs 120 for the bush) from me and did not give any bill. Later I got a message from USHA that Rs 300 is collected as service and spare part change. This is how your service people cheat the customers. The service was very bad in the past, as for small issues you take months to resolve it. Now fast and planned cheating going on.

I had purchased 2 nos of usha ceiling fan during sep 2019. Since from installation one ceiling fan is getting noise,so I raised a complained on November 2019 after a long struggle a service man had been dispatched at the end of November after that service the noise problem had been resolved but withing 15days again noise started persisting in fan and now resently I have raised the complaint yet I didn't received any kind of information about my complaint.Usha service is very worst and I am totally disappointed if you are reading this comment response for my compliant and replaced the ceiling fan.

I purchased Usha Fan in the month of Apr'19 but since inception it making noise that we could not hear TV voice also. I have registered complaint on Toll free. Every time engineer come & repair it. Engineer told me to replace the fan & given a receipt saying that show it to shop from where Fan has purchased they will give me new fan. But now that shop is closed permanantly & no one is able to give me solution what to do next even toll free executive & engineer is also not giving solution for this.

Please resolve or I will have to repair my fan every monthly or twice a monthly till warranty.

I had worst experience with USHA customer service and service provider.Service provider charged 120 rupees for my product which was under warranty period.

On dated 18/05/2018 I have purchased an USHA HONYWELL COOLER, & on dated 23/05/2018 once a erritical noise created in my usha cooler from water pump then i have loged a complaint through mail & toll free no. after that a dealer service representative visited on my home & checked the cooler & told to family members there is no any problem in this cooler pump & I have cleared the foult & changed the old fan with new one & call to me when i am in office & asked a code for closed the complaint which is sent to me by toll free or, regarding mail which ever & I am given the same. But when I came from office & checked the problem is as persist then, I am again inform to company regarding noise problem but my problem is as persist till date. When I talk to customer service Representative of company on dated 17/08/2019 through dealer Representative on conference call they, told me your warranty period is expired & that job is done under only paid service job.
As per company rule I am unable to change the defective pump under free warranty.
So,
then after I am shocked, & feel cheat & thinkd about my self why I purchased that cooler.i am not completely satisfied with this product Service & given ANS. by company representative & always thinkd why should I purchased this product.

So, I have called to your representative & also send a massage,& found complaint no.-

Another complaint is also mentioned in mail.

Yesterday I have purchased a Usha companies cooler,when reached home with cooler and started cooler but pump was not working,then I complain to customer care and shopkeeper but till now problem is not resolved

Purchased Usha ceiling fan on 21-May-2019 from HIRA Electricals,Chandapura,Bangalore. Got the fan fixed in the ceiling by the electrician in my layout on 22-May-2019.Fan started wobbling and gave a shrill sound after 10mins.Fan was also getting heated.Immediately removed the fan an visited dealer along with my electrician(My electrician has more than 20years of experience).Dealer said no issue with the fan and he loosened and tightened 3 screws and rotated the fan with his hand and said fan is perfectly functional.He said me and my electrician doesn't know anything. He said there is no option to provide a replacement at his end even if there is a real fault. I called USHA customer care. A technician came to my house, checked and immediately he said that the fan bearing is faulty and wrote a slip and gave it to me. He said the dealer will replace the fan now and he spoke to the dealer. Now today is 10-June-2019.Dealer keeps repeating the same story that he doesn't have stock. I called the same technician(Antony) . No proper response. Very poor customer service.Very bad experience.I lost my money,time,patience.

I purchased a USHA 3 BURNER AUTOMATIC GAS STOVE Ebony Model last August (2018). It looked fine in the showroom and since it is a Gas stove, we could not check the working in the showroom. After we brought it home, from day 1, it does not work on the Auto switch properly. Most of the time, we have to light it with a Gas lighter. Also the Burners does not work in full blast sometimes and the flame is low which make cooking slow and this is a problem when we have to cook on all three stove in the morning to prepare various items...like Rice, Curry, breakfast etc. We already called the Technician 2 times and is sick of this Ebony Model.

THE QUALITY OF ROOM HEATER CONVECTOR IS VERY VERY CHEAP

PRODUCT IS VERY VERY NOISY

Usha has poor service among all the brands. While im visting this site to complaint my problem faced with my dealer so many discussed about the service.. So problem not only with dealers.. Usha brand is not bothered for service.

The operator gave me 84335 complaint no. But till now nobody have contacted me.

I have purchased Usha geyser lexsus now it is out of warranty few months back , inside the geyser water was leaking i.e., water storage I raised a complaint on 1st of August 2018 , one of your technician visited my place and said geyser water tank welding has to be done and he has charged Rs.4350/- I am attaching the recipe also issued receipt stating that work has done ,henceforth there will be no leakage. After one week the aforesaid geyser started water leaking from the tank, when I called to the technician mobile from my mobile he kept on promising that he will be coming today , tomorrow etc I have to wait for him . on 08/09/18 I called to customer care I have registered once again complaint none of them have attended they are not maintaining the quality and spooling the brand name. The same technician earlier said that company is not providing spare parts instead buy other other products like Bajaj, Vguard etc,.

I purchased the USHA Four Burner Gas Stove and it worked for a month. Afterwards it started gas leakage . Raised complaint to the customer care. I was told that a technician will visit the home and fix the issue but no one called or showed up for the past 20 days. Very Pathetic support. makes me to feel I made a wrong purchase.

We have made a complain for multiple times on customer care, technician told there is problem in a part and I will come tomorrow with part and fix the problem. Almost 20 days has gone neither technician came back nor any reply from your side. we made call on customer care many times but there is no result. If you are you so inefficient then why you are using international name to make India's name in worst service.

Food processor was purchased from big baazar ameerpet show room, at the time of purchase demo was promised and later known from customer care that no services shall be provided by the company on demo...

Big baazar personnel should take up with USHA company on such false commitment to customers and which made customer to feel bad and the have bad opinion on big baazar of having and encouraging such companies for the sake of increasing sale..

I have usha food processor fp2663 and have been trying to get it repaired for more than a month now. The complaint is registered in the customer care but no response even after repeated follow ups. I believe Usha has the worst after sales service from my experience of brands making the home appliances.

Maine usha pedestal fan liya jo ki 15 din me hi kharb ho gaya....complaint kiye hue 15 din ho gaye lekin koi technicians nahi aya....very poor service....bad work....

After making complain of not working fan under warranty . the complain was logged on toll free 20 days ago but no body responded till date. very poor service of customer care. after various reminder no body responded.

I bought 2 new ceiling fans on 26th may 2018 and since installation it has been making a rattling sound. Services guys visited twice but could not fix this issue. Dealer is not ready to exchange unless the sevice guys comment on it. And service guys are not taking responsibility. This is a very poor service .

Very sadly telling you that my cooker was blasted after using 3 years.

Please let us know about any exchange offer, we want to buy new 5 ltr cooker if there is any exchange offer.

I have gifted my mother a costly usha janome series sewing machine. We stay 190 km north to kolkata. During purchase we were convinced to give customer support whenever needed to our home. As this machine frequently stops working we need very frequent customer support and as this machine is complicated to handle , no local mechanic wants handle this one. And every time after lodging complaint at usha customer care, mechanic comes after a very long waiting period, and i had to call several times for reminder. But this time crossed all the limit, for last few weeks after reminding them so many times ur service guys failed to attend my moms machine. And that machine is left nonworking condition for more than one month. This time my request no C18042400431 Ref No 4880.
Every time during customer support my mom literally cries due to ur poor support. And every moment i repent that why i had invested so much of money to this disgusting thing? Why did u people lie during selling this product that u people wud not have any problem regarding service to my place? Is ur company motto to only sale these machine? Dont u have any customer liabilities to your pruducts?
And yes believe me this was my last time i have invested on USHA product.
