I have lodged a complaint for Service my 70 Litres Usha Honeywell Cooler to check the cooling and for a damaged remote control.
I was assigned the local agency and technician attends and takes orders for remote and cooling pad replacement collects an fee of Rs.450 for visiting and disappears.upon following up again a complaint was raised and I was literally fed up by number of calls from asking whether service has been attended without any action. Finally I received a rude call from local agency after 20 days and asking me what is the problem..I was shocked..,I replied if I had know the problem why would I request the technician and guy attending the call after almost 20 days tells me that the company does not have a remote and will arrange the cooling pad..I decided to throw away the cooler and replace with other brand and recommend everyone not to for USHA for their pathetic service and non availability of spare parts.itbis better to buy a local road side cooler for a season and throw away rather than this international brand promising the service and spare parts and ripping of the pockets.

Aerostyle cooler was

Aerostyle cooler was purchased by me few months ago but it has several constraints.
It is non-cooling, noising, not throwing sufficient air. Taking this cooler is a major mistake of mine. I suggest never purchase Usha Cooler.

Issue of not working - Usha Desert cooler

I have purchased Usha air cooler model no. CD 504/704, 10months back. The control panel is not working. Technician have come to check the cooler and kept indent to Balnagar, hyderabad service center. Technician are not turning up and they are blaming, they did not get the control panel from Balnagar service center. I am not satisfied with the service of the technicians and the product. Worst Post sales support

Fortunately i found all the comments as i felt about this product and their service. I purchased usha aircooler forst vx on 29th,may,19.and delivered a repaired piece where the fan is not working and the basement also broken. Thesamr has immediately notices usha distributer anf the show room person anf they said they will sentperson and will be replaced. Next two days i was waiting for them and i called them but end up with no action.once again i visit showroom and they are not willing to do it even after i showed all the proofs, they said they are runningoutof stocjs, they are also not willing to deliver alternate model. And till today i didnt have the product replaced infact no respinse from both the side. Did any customer service team reach me for furtger details????
