Complaint against water heater

As I had purchased my water heater from last one nd a half month I had been complaining to the customer care as their technician always comes but didn't have tried to over come the problmom till now but at last as I inquired the complaint the person said the technician would be coming in 2 days but now also he didn't came as on 26-3-2018 complaint no-10555 at time 3:48pm and now also 29/3/2018 at time = 2:28pm please try to understand the problem nd solve it as soon as possible

we have make a complain for our hand mixer, technician can and told there is problem in a part and I will come tomorrow with part and fix the problem. Around 10 days has gone neither technician came back nor any reply from your side. we made call on customer care twice but there is no result. I ordered one of usha table fan from amazon
And it has stopped working within 1 year itself
Lot of noise is comping when it works
Not moving on 1 and 2 speed
Warranty is for 2 years
