The iron doesn't work at all.Kindky replace it or refund the amount.

Steam iorn Box, lever not working
Hi,
I have made several attempt to reach to get the support for the Iron box repair since Feb 2018. some how its not helped, I had problem within 10 month of purchase and not able to get serviced and not usable. Tell me what is the reason we need to buy USHA product ? I tried to reach 1800 103 3xxx, but always its busy.
I am located at South Bangalore, #298, B.C.C.H.S Layout, 2A Main, 2C Cross, Sector A, Vajarahalli, Bangalore 560062. Can you please let me know nearest Repair center for Steam iron box or any other alternate to get it repaired.
