My Rapido captain account is not getting activated. It is been shown that your profile will be activated in 24 hrs but,I uploaded my documents 3 weeks ago and this msg is showing since then please help me out.

I've downloaded the Rapido Captain app 2 days ago, registered myself after successfully uploading my documents. I was told, my account will be activated within 24 hours, but my account has not yet been activated. Is there any problem with the registration process ?
